Hello, I have a question about sparkleskin.

So does it include also the willing creature with sparkleskin on him/her ?

does Heatvision prevent the dazzled condition ?

Emanations can include, or exlude, the origin square of the emanation depending on the caster wishes (unless explicitly called out differently)

That's not quite right.

Player Core 1 pg. 428
"Unless the text states otherwise, the creature creating an emanation effect chooses whether the creature at its center is affected." So not square, but creature. This means a familiar sitting on your shoulder must make a save unless the familiar is the creature the emanation is coming from, in which case it's the person that must save.
