You would think someone in these wildly failing corporations like the casinos I work at would figure out that underpaid + overworked = lousy customer service = upset customers = further loss of revenue, wouldn't you?
But no. They just keep on madly hacking away to save their quarterly profits, the idjits.

I did! But then again, that comes from having a dog attack and nearly kill you before you reach kindergarten... Not something I recommend.

Yeah I had that chance too, but I chose the ice cream over the attack.
What was I thinking? ;p![](/WebObjects/Frameworks/Ajax.framework/WebServerResources/wait30.gif)

A few things. Just stay away from the X titles, they screwed them up so bad as to be beyond repair. :(
The New Avengers is about my favorite one right now.

I have to send out the invitations and find out just how horrendously expensive it's going to be.
But the kidlet has been looking forward to his birthday party since last fall, so we'll pony up even though we can't afford it...
Last year we did a midevil tourney with joist and pin the tail on the dragon for our oldest, even had the kids make their own crowns... unfortunatly over half the guest cancelled the day of the party. :(

Finally got my precription. Sheesh. The doctor's office had to send it twice, and then the ditzy tech couldn't find it after it was filled. Missed a couple days while dealing with all this annoyance, which is NOT good. Should not miss days of taking antidepressants. :(
This sort of thing is why I hate the medical industry.

Ahh, birthday parties. I remember when I looked forward to the idea of a birthday, rather than hating them with the fury of a thousand desert suns.
I'm not even middle-aged yet.

Just remember, it's the end of the world as you know it, but you feel fine, and everything will work out. Eventually.

I've had to stop and calculate my own age before. I have no idea how old most of my friends are. Age is such an ridiculous measuring stick.
