Is it wise that an Earth cleric's acid dart deals exactly as much damage as a conjurer's acid dart, or an evoker's energy ray? In theory, Wizards are supposed to be better than clerics at dealing magical damage, but as it stands the clerics get better at-will abilities (since they have a better attack bonus that makes hitting touch ACs easier.)
Also, Clerics, with armor and better weapons and BaB, at much better off than Wizards if it does come to resorting to combat, and thus need the at-will power less.
This is not at all a big deal, but I think it may be better if the cleric at-will attacks are downgraded to 1d4 + 1/3 level, while the wizard/sorcerer powers keep the 1d6 + 1/2 level.
