Got it. I'll have a play with her and see if I can make a useful character out of this girl.
Level 5, yay!
I've finally updated my character sheet for level 5. All I got was some more HP and a new Daily.
Judging by the number of hp Egger's gained, I must have built her very wrong in the first place. She's not hitting any harder, but she's got more flexible powers and both her daily's focus on forcing CA on lots of foes at once.
She's also picked up a few more shifty bits and bobs. As always with a rogue, they only deal decent damage if they can get CA, but she now has Distant Advantage so that should be easier to come by. We'll see.

As a player, I'm truly sorry if I have behaved selfishly. I don't really have an excuse other than to say it was one of those moments that just wrote itself.
It's great. Elias is going to head to town and explain everything and try to do some rallying. Although he may be puzzled why it isn't very successful, considering his social skills.

Quite the opposite, I think you're being self-sacrificing. If you pull it off, we've won !
Realistically the chances are not that good, as I suspect she's got to roll in the region of 13/14 to even hit his AC, but she'll give it a try. IC and the gods of narrative imperative may be on her side.

It largely depends on what the characters do, of course. There's material left in the module, but we're also close to a natural stopping point. And you long since left the storyline behind! (Which is absolutely fine.)
You've defeated and captured the leader of a planned fey incursion into Riverbend, and seemingly forestalled the attack.
You've found that Ellessandra is alive and thus that Froderick not a murderer (or at least not of her), though you have yet to convince the Reeve.
Eglantine left a wish for Bren to return her to the Feywild.
You have no real idea if going back through the pond will take you to the site of the eelhound fight, the site of the fey mill, or somewhere else entirely; nor how much time will have passed there.
Your key source of information on the above is not in the least cooperative.

I'm a bit stumped to be honest. Flax is a total nutjob, and we only have him as evidence.

I fear I must stop keeping you in suspense. "Halls of the Mountain King" was released late last night, or early this morning, depending. It's huge.
At this time, I'm simply not up to running another long-term game. I've been trimming back on my GMing at home as well, and feel it both wiser and more fair to renege now than after we get started.

Reckon I can take up to seven and will happily field alternates.
There's no immediate pressure as I need to do a little work on the thing first, but post here if you'd like to be considered.
