I don't really remember why she especially dislikes Arianwyn, but I think it had something to do with his vigorous disagreement over what to do with the runestones when we'd just rescued him.
Agh, yes sorry. Just tired. I think they did vehemently disagree over the stones and trusting the ghost on the island. That's quite funny come to think of it :)
I remember that now. They had a fairly major row about whether to put the stones back in their proper places a bit later. And Vel apologised and admitted Arianwyn was right (for the first and only time).

I'm feeling the love :D Don't mind me - I am just shattered after a long few weeks at work and then have discovered that I forgot to do one task whilst concentrating on another and things have gone a bit to pot.
Whoot, grabbed Underdark - and Mass Effect 2 collector's edition - today. Only read a few pages so far, but it looks pretty good.
I bought PHB3 on early release on Saturday. It's very nice indeed.
A Question for you all (or rather, several questions):
1) Do any of you play Savage Worlds? Or would you be interested in trying it?
2) If so, would you like to be a player in a PbP Savage Worlds conversion of Kingmaker?
3) If so again, would you be averse to it being played on Google Wave?
I know, it sounds like a niche of a niche, but it would be interesting to find out as I really want to run it.

Why not just convert it to 4e? I mean, what makes you want to try it with Savage Worlds?

Ok, that's good to know. I think it might be prudent to keep the game on here, so we're not having to jump through too many hoops. It will be enough for people to usenew rules let alone a new forum layout!
As for Savage Worlds, I want to try it out and I think it is a better fit for Kingmaker than 4e is.

Dropping swordmage for bard I think, and look at information rituals. I did consider some way to get area powers but our enemies are usually too far apart for this to be worthwhile for me to branch into. I'll also keep boosting my skills such as Thievery (being the only one trained in it).
That's a point, I get 2 free 1st level rituals, but I'll need to buy a ritual book. Would it be acceptable to have the 'book' take the form of a ring ala Elric's Arctorios ring?

Swapped out Thunder Ram Assault for Grasping Winds. Grasping Winds is a single target melee attack that also lets me pull all enemies within 3 squares of me 2 square. Basically, it lets me gather targets for marking.
My level 9 power is sweet: Form of the Storm Sentinel. Taking the form regains hps equal to surge value and gives Regen 4. It's form attack allows a surge to be spent as an effect. So, Whiteclaw could pull this sequence if low on hp:
Minor: Take the Form, regain 24 hp for no surge, gain regen 4
Standard: Make Form of the Storm Sentinel Attack. As an effect, hit or miss, spend surge, gain 24 hp.
AP
Standard: Second Wind, gain +2 to defenses and 24 hp.

Wonderful news. Kia has also resurfaced, so the avengers are now fully assembled.
Blade Barrier rocks the block. My late lamented shifter used it to extremely irritating effect.

Whiteclaw's done and updated. Her feat is meh, Elemental Boon, gives +2 to her Font of Life save against elemental continuing damage. I find it funny how with some characters there are like a zillion feats I want and with some there are, like, none.
Her utility is a daily - Guardian's Attack - which lets her regain the use of a form attack that she's used.
Already done, but on the other computer . . . and this one won't let me into iplay4e to download the file and update again. <grr>
I've mentioned this to Rev backchannel, but, as far as I can tell, the extended rest before leveling is an house rule y'all use. I'd be glad to be corrected, though.
