[sarcasm]Did you not read the old Chick articles? Every level of spells requires that you make 1 sacrifice + gain that spell level's number of "converts" to satanism.

So, 1 new sacrifice for 0 level spells, 1 new sacrifice and 1 convert for 1st level spells, 1 new sacrifice and 2 converts for 2nd level spells, and so forth.

So all told, to get 9th level spells, you need 10 kills and 45 converts! Tell me that does not make D&D evil.[/sarcasm]

I have to agree with others. I don't miss that attitude. At all. Last year I was writing something and had the RPG Witchcraft out as a reference. My parents visited and my dad asked about it, thinking I was becoming a Wiccan. Last thing I want is more people like that.

I certainly remember playing in those olden days. I've been playing D&D for about 29 years now. I remember my mother being worried that the game would make me evil.

Nowdays it's goth/emo culture. Hmm, I'm part of the goth culture. Crap, I'm doomed.
