Don't know what happened to my last post, so I will try once more.
The postman apparently cannot read. Clearly marked DO NOT BEND I found it folded and put into my mailbox. I would like to know what the replacement cost, plus shipment in a box will be as I plan to march down to the post office tomorrow and complain (and ask for reimbursement for the damaged issue).
I have now put a sign out addressed to the postman asking that they not fold them and cram them into the mailbox.

Well... the replacement cost would be $17.91, but if you would like I can send a replacement with your next Pathfinder shipment for free.
The best way to avoid having this happen in the future, though, would be to change the shipping method for your subscription to UPS Ground (unless, of course, you can get your mailman to respect the "Do Not Bend" notice, that is). The complication here is that these are still your converted volumes from your leftover magazine subscription. The free shipping with these volumes is only for USPS Standard Mail. If you wanted to switch to UPS Ground, we will need to provide a payment method for the $6.69 shipping and handling fee. This is not a change you can make yourself using the My Subscriptions interface, so if you would like to make this change let me know and I will set it up for you. I can use the payment method we have on file.
Please let me know how you like to proceed.
thanks,
cos

No worries Cosmo, don't send me another one. It only had a light crease in the cover, I sammiched it between a few books... it will straighten out.
I'll discuss with the post office and give the delvery person one more chance (I brought it to his attention over the weekend).
Thanks for the prompt response.
