I really like the changes to the races. I also like that the Favored Class only gives a bonus, but I'm not so sure on the +1 hp/level thing.

Another way to go would be like Conan d20 does and give a bonus feat every so often for leveling in your favored class (maybe a bonus racial feat if we end up with those?), but I'm not sure if that goes beyond just giving a small bonus for favored classes.

I think giving feats away for following a favoured class goes a bit beyond a small bonus, yeah.
