We've just announced two new Item Card sets.
In May, we're releasing the GameMastery Item Cards: Essentials Deck, which collects cards from the out-of-print GameMastery Item Pack One and the follow-up Hero’s Hoard booster set. This will make a great "starter set" for people just getting in on the Item Card idea.
In August, we've got GameMastery Item Cards: New Beginnings, in which we plan to release cards that will be especially popular with folks looking at the newest edition of the world's most popular roleplaying game. (As always, though Item Cards remain system neutral.)
(And no, this is *not* an indication that we'll be converting our RPG products to 4th Edition. We haven't officially decided yet, but we expect to do so soon.)

What happened to the New Beginnings item cards? Does Paizo plan to pass on this?
When we announced it, we were expecting to be able to see the 4E equipment lists "any day now," and by the time we actually got to see them (months later, when 4E was released at retail) our artist was already working on the *next* set. So it's off the schedule for now, and it won't be fitting in this year. We haven't yet decided if it'll be on next year's schedule or not.
If Necromancer Games ends up releasing its advanced player guide through Paizo, maybe a card deck based on stuff in there would be a better alternative?
