I wish Riese was here.
Wow, I won the internet!
What do I get?

I think so....I'm just trying to figure out all them faction dudes.
The Expedition to the Demonweb Pits book had a bit about Yggdrasil.
I think that book's been the most plundered book for my pbp yet.
Yih. I was looking thru that one too. It's good to have a reference library. =D
That book has the squirrleys in it. I love them squirrleys...

You guys make me nervous,... I don't know why.
;P
On a side note,...
Just wanted to let everyone know that things are,... hectic,... over here. So if I drop off of radar for a day or so, it's NOT due to lack of interest, just trying to deal with RL. (Which is always about as much fun as it sounds!) ;P

It's the Abyssal giant that scares me.
Still, any giant can be scary.
My Shackled City group recently went up against a fire giant blacksmith (5th level expert); he very nearly had the best of the group of six 6th and 7th level characters – took the fighter and the warrior-cleric down to negatives, sundered the fighters +1 cold iron bastard sword and grappled the rogue ... the group just managed to bring him down before he threw the rogue into the furnace for 16d6 points of fire damage!

I've got my hands full and then some as well with that swarm of gnoll snipers. Gil seems to have a plan - I'm looking forward to seeing what it is.

Right Oso will probably need NPCing in the fight. I am afraid I don't have the time or energy to map this fight and keep up. Work has thrown me a possible minor promotion involving PR/charity stuff and I need to investigate it quick before my wife returns to work next week.
Sorry I did want this to be my last hoorah.
Cheers

Yeah, good luck with the newish position (and with the new kid, sick wife and all that). We'll be looking for you once you reemerge.
The APG is f*%*ing awesome.
I'm (slowly) working my way through it and....building random Asgardian menaces.
So we're still on track with our planar adventure? Awesome!

Dungeon #55: Umbra.
Planescape adventure in Sigil.
Anyone play it?
Lvl 6-9, but that never stopped me.
I converted it to Rifts many moons ago, 3P is no big stretch.....
I've heard about it (supposed to be one of the great Dungeon adventures - Chris Perkins is it?) but not played or read it.

Never played. I own it, read it many many moons ago, but honestly don't remember a whole heck of a lot. I would love to run thru it :)

She had something in the neighbourhood of 220 hit points, right? If you don't mind me asking, what was the post-MM add-ons? Was she some sorta high-mobility monk/fighter/rogue combo, a Runzyl-style whirling barbarian or something new and cool from the APG? I'm just curious about the general build.

I didn't have the APG yet; so nothing from there (aside from a cleric spell...it either gives.....1 attack OR 30 more feet of movement OR some other stuff; it's called "blessing of fervor" or something.)
She was a monk in Escape from Old Korvosa; I amped her up to 6th level.
That's it.
I....don't know where the whole "monks suck" schtick comes from. They're pretty badass.
