Hey all, many apologies for my unexpected absence. This whole job hunting thing is tedious and depressing, and I’ve found myself getting easily distracted from it. At the beginning of last week I decided to buckle down, promised myself that I would not log on to Paizo until I had sent out some letters, made some job applications and finished up my portfolio … well, what I had estimated I would get done in about two days stretched out to more than a week.
Anyway, I’m back now and will try to catch up soon. Apologies for any inconvenience.
No problemo. Do what you gotta do; the game will always be here. It's like a damn soap opera.

I don't like being away for so long without warning ... but once a few days have gone by, I know if I get on to say I won't be here for a while, I'll end up checking my games ... then posting to my games ... next thing I know two hours will have gone by, it's time to pick up the kids and I won't have made any job applications!

I had a really long day, and I'm not done with chores yet.
I just tought I'd drop in to tell you that everything I said I'd do today yesterday will have to wait until tomorrow; I got some figuring out of stuff to do at the moment, and my mind's kinda elsewhere. Nothing too heinous, just too......confusing to people who don't do my job, and too much like "work stuff" to share anyway.
So I might be back around tomorrow.

I just got the chance to go and visit my Mom in OK this week. (Trying to time the visit before her next Chemo, when she won't feel like having company) So, I will be out of town most if not all week.

Right, done with PaizoCon and had an absolute blast. I'm now in the lounge at LAX ready to head to London. So by tomorrow night I'll be settled in one place for a few weeks and able to post again. Yay :)

Apologies once again, everyone. This weekend I lost my dog to a stroke. I haven't been all together this week, and I also had a nurse quit on me.
The good news is the nurse quitting means I will likely be chained to the house for the next few days (after work). I will be endeavoring to update at that point.
