It would be interesting to know if the people who've got their (150) subscribed via Paizo only, or are a mix of Paizo and TPFG.
I've still not got mine. :-(
I got an email from Cerberus today and they said that all the magazines are out the door. It took them longer than they thought it would to get them all out, but as of the end of last week, all the magazines for all the addresses they have went out.
I did ask them whether they received the list of TPFG's subscribers to ship out or not. I'll let you now what he says. Because of UK privacy laws, TPFG can't give that list to Paizo, but could give it to Cerberus and we asked that they do so. So hopefully Cerberus got the list and those have shipped out. But I will let you know one way or another when I get my answer from Cerberus.

I receive the last Dungeon yesterday morning and I subscribe directly from Paizo ! So, continue to be patient, I'm sure they're going to do all they can to have your Dungeon soon

Sorry, just to clarify - all the issue 150s have gone out from Liverpool (the last ones on the 28th Sept). We should wait until 19th October to see if issue 150 arrives to be sure that it's not in the post?
But for those of us who are missing issue 149, these have not yet been shipped - is that correct? Do we have an expected date for that shipment?

All the final issues of both Dragon and Dungeon that were ordered through Paizo have shipped as of the end of last week, correct. I am not sure about issues ordered through TPFG, but have a query out to find out. Since we allow 15 business days, the magazines wouldn't effectively be missing until the 22nd of October.

Nope, no idea, but I will let everyone know when they start shipping out.
On the Dragon and Dungeon last issues front, it looks like we still don't have the list of customers from TPFG for the final issues. I have an email in to them and hopefully we will get that soon. I'll let everyone who ordered through TPFG know when we have the subscriber list.

Just recieved the final issues of Dungeon and Dragon (did anyone say the end of Dungeons and Dragons?)in Germany today. Thanks to Lisa and Cerberus for their effort to deliver the goods. Now I´m just waiting for Dungeon 149... (I already asked for replacement, as I see no chance of it still arriving)

They're here! :)
Totally unusual they arrived via a parcel service today, which they never did before because we have a post-office-box, where stuff normally arrives.
The package was terribly torn and the hole thing looked like it came straight outta hell, but the magazines are fine, I am fine, my wife is fine, my cats as well, and now I'll sit down reading them!
Thanx again for all the efford you and your team put into getting them magazines to us!!!

So I have some good news and some bad news. First off, the good news. Cerberus is now in possession of the subscriber list from TPFG for the last issues of Dragon and Dungeon, so those can be shipped out to subscribers. The bad news is that there is a postal strike in the UK which according to Cerberus might not be lifted until the 10th of October. This also affects our ability to send replacement copies for missing issues. They are going to get all the magazines packed up and ready to ship, so when the strike is lifted, they will send the magazines out. I'll let you guys know when that is.

Dungeon 150 and Dragon 359 arrived in Germany two days ago.
Now only Dungeon 149 is missing.
Same for me... yesterday I emailed customer support about Dungeon 149. Should I expect an answer or will the process be handles "silently"? In other words, should I write again if I don't get an answer or just wait for the magazine to arrive?
It's none of my business, but I really hope that Paizo can get some kind of compensation for damages from TPFG... this was quite an horrible debacle... :-(
In other news, today I received the first issue of Pathfinder, and I'm *so* glad that this one is being handled directly by Paizo... :-)

Neither Dungeon #149, nor the last Dragon issue reached me.
But as I mentioned before: My address changed and apparently you sent the issues to my old address in Cologne which is invalid for two months by now (I changed the address in my subscription settings for PF and GMM two months ago).
Could you please send replacement issues with my next PF issue?
Please use my new address saved in the subscription settings.

Hi everyone at Paizo,
the final Dragon issue is supposed to reach me with Pathfinder #3 (according to today's mail by Paizo customer service). Thanks for finally bringing the last Dragon issue to Austria!
I was able to purchase Dungeon #150 in Vienna (gave up hope of receiving it via my Paizo subscription). Unfortunately Dungeon #149 is not in stock in that game shop.
Is it possible to add Dungeon #149 to the enveloppe of Pathfinder #3 and to credit the value of the missing Dungeon #150 to my current subscription?

I received yesterday the last Dungeon and the last Dragon meaning I now have every issue safely delivered. Many thanks to Paizo and Cerberus staff for persevering to get them here despite a mail strike and TPFG and all the other fun and games I am sure you’ve had but we’ve been spared.
Just for completeness, I have experienced no problems with the delivery of Pathfinder and GamesMastery modules.
Finally, what are people’s experiences of getting their refunds for the parts of TPFG subscriptions that won’t be used? I have heard somewhere we are a due a cheque for the balance. I have phoned them and yet have not received any cheque yet. Does Paizo have any information about this element?

Contact our customer service team and they can give you the options available. TPFG gave us a list of folks who still have issues coming to them, so we should be able to match you up with that info. Glad to hear you got your last issues.
