What should we do if we want to sign up for the subscription? I also purchased D0 at the same time and would like to save on the shipping.

Yes! Wonderful. So, just to get this straight, I can order both subscriptions now and decide later on how I want to save on shipping costs? If I order something else with the subscriptions (Zogonia and the Free RPG Day adventure), can I trust you guys to be smart enough to combine those orders with the first (not yet to be combined) shipment of GameMastery?

Yes. We'll have that option for you before the first Pathfinder ships.

Not just yet. While combining other stuff with subscriptions is in the plan, I can't say for sure when it will be ready. If you placed an order for Zogonia, D0, and the GameMastery Modules subscription right now, you could choose to have Downer ship with D0 when that's released late this month, but you can't choose to hold them until D1 ships early next month.

Order the GameMastery Module subscription, then contact customer.service@paizo.com and ask them to cancel your order for the individual module.
As for D0, we don't yet have the ability to hold it to combine with subscription products, and I doubt that that option will be available before D0 ships.
... it's my top priority project right now.

Did someone already ask if we could combine the Pathfinder and GameMastery subscriptions for a shipping savings? Just curious; it would probably not make that big of a difference anyway.
Oh, I think it would and could. It means savings of about 50% of shipping costs. Have a look into the "neighbour thread"

Just wanted to say thanks for making a subscription (and eventual combined shipping) available.
And thanks for the PDF's! I really like having a pdf version in addition to the printed one. One is for reading, and the other is for searching through later to find that one really clever bit.
I still would like a "Thrall of Paizo" tag or t-shirt. Given the venomous diatribes against WotC lately a "If it ain't Paizo it's $#!%" probably would sell well but isn't in the best interest of the friends involved.
Perhaps in time for Gencon...
