Still no dungeon #134

Customer Service

I just noticed that issue #135 was shipped to subscribers today

the problem is, I havent received issue #134 yet. I just hope it didn't went missing like #130, #123 & #116 (btw thanks again for the replacement copies)

I know I'm living way up north in Montreal, Canada but those delays and missing issues are starting to get on my nerves.

Should I complain to my local post office or something?

That wouldn't hurt. In the meantime, I have sent a replacement #134 out to you.

If I find the guy at the post office relaxing while reading my missing Dungeon magazine, it will...

Thanks, it's appreciated

Any word yet on what's delaying the Canadian distribution? I live just outside Edmonton, AB & have been experiencing long delays. For example, I just received issue #133 3 weeks ago & am still waiting on #134.

Thanks for the replacement copies in the past! I was just hoping some progress had been made in this department. Contacting my post office back in December garnered a "Umm, we don't know..." response.

Yipee!

I just received my replacement copy of Dungeon #134

Thanks Cosmo! As always, you rock!

Btw, I don't know if it will really make a difference but I went to my local post office and "firmly manifested my discontent".

We'll see..

There is just so much loaded into this phrase that I think it would be best... emotionally, rationally, and legally... if I refrain from asking for any clarification.

WEll, yeah.

;)

It seems that I am not the only one with a concern over the delivery of the Dragon and the Dungeon Magazines.
Although my subscription's shipping address is international, and to Beirut, Lebanon; it still seems quite bizarre that I have not receive any issues yet!
(NB: The first issues of Dragon was shipped on 28/03/06; and Dragon on 21/03/06!)
Not only have issues #135 (Dungeon) & #344 (Dragon) now been sent, but I still await the previous ones too.
This is a matter for concern, and any help provided would be most welcome.
Thanks. <smile>

Shipping time can be up to eight weeks for international destinations.
