Yeah I think it was in Arms&Equipment.
I am pretty sure that it is as follows. Dmg 1d4 crit 17-20/x2
I've used these in a campaign. I was running my group through an updated (3.5) version of "Axe of the Dwarvish Lords" Anywho I gave a goblin clan chief a pair of +2 bladed gauntlets. He tore apart the groups fighter. These weapons with Weapon Finesse and someone with Spring Attack are lethal. If you have someone who wants to play a nimble butt-kicking fighter suggest these to him.
Sorry I can't help with weight or cost. Can't imagine that it is much of either. I think that they were exotic weapons as well.

They are 1d6 17-20/x2 light exotic weapons. My current barbarian/bear warrior uses them on each hand. They have been stylized to look like bear claws. They can be very deadly, so use them carefully. Mine are currently +1 Keen (yes a 13-20 threat range). Against a lot of thing you tear right through them. I definately have back up weapons for things that ignor critical hits.

It's an exotic melee weapon, dealing 1d6 slashing damage with a 19-20/x2 critical. It weighs 4lbs and costs 30gp. This is from Sword and Fist.
It was originally 17-20/x2, but this was nerfed down to 19-20 when they realised how powerful it was in combination with keen and/or Improved Critical.
Which book did they nerf it in? Or did they do it in a later printing of Sword and Fist?

eratta, they fixed a couple of others at the same time.

It was fixed in <a href="http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/er/20040125a">the errata</a>, which was incorporated into later printings.
The other weapons changed were the fullblade (improved from 1d12 damage to 2d8, with some other changes) and the mercurial weapons (reduced to deal the same damage as their non-mercurial counterparts).
