New Dungeon Crawl Classics release!

Goodman Games has been at the forefront of classic gaming for years now and this week they're bringing us four new RPG products: two DCC adventures, one Metamorphosis Alpha adventure, and their Gen Con 2015 supplement that supports all of their RPGs!

First up is the Dungeon Crawl Classics: #88.5 Curse of the Kingspire adventure. Strange mists and weird lights glimmer and seethe along the banks of the Drachenvold Swamp. The folk of Kingshire have vanished like ghosts, leaving only strange idols in their wake. At the heart of the fetid marsh, ruins of an ancient keep are all that remain of a once mighty band of rebel eladrin lords. But the ruined keep is home to a hungry curse capable of drawing the heroes back through time and space. Cast into a foreign realm of endless horror and bloodshed, it will take all your courage and cunning to end... the Curse of the Kingspire!

Next we have their Dungeon Crawl Classics: #77 The Croaking Fane—Sketch Cover adventure. For as long as men remember, the Lord of Evil Amphibians carried out unspeakable rites in his squatting temples situated far from civilization. Now, unexpectedly, his servants have seemingly vanished, leaving behind their fanes to molder in the marshes, and a brave band of adventurers gather to explore one such tabernacle, eager to discover what riches—and terrors—the fiend has left behind. The Croaking Fane is a Level 3 Dungeon Crawl.

For those of us that enjoy Metamorphosis Alpha, there's Metamorphosis Alpha RPG: Robots Among Us. When the colonization starship Warden entered a radiation cloud, every aspect of the ship was corrupted or drastically transformed—including the robots stored away to help humankind settle a new world, huge factories intended to manufacture still more useful robots, and automated terraforming machines ready to start work. Now, most of these electronic intelligences have gone insane! In Robots Among Us, Metamorphosis Alpha creator James M. Ward provides 17 encounters built around the concept of "robots gone awry."

And finally, Goodman Games is bringing their Gen Con 2015 Program Guide to us all. This massive collection of old-school RPG awesomeness includes new material for Dungeon Crawl Classics, Metamorphosis Alpha, Xcrawl, and every other product line supported by Goodman Games!

No, they have not. All the DCC use the DCC RPG rules set and not the Pathfinder RPG rules set.

These products would be Dungeon Crawl Classics products would be designed for use with the Dungeon Crawl Classics Role-Playing Game by Goodman Games.

They are not 3.X modules. A different system.

We also release DCC module. It has been a good license for us. Our DCC products can be found here.

Huh, she kinda looks like Siulajia from "Treasures of the Savage Frontier".

Dark Archive

DCC runs somewhat off the 3.0 chassis but with a lot old school vibe.

Cover image is by the same artist Clyde Caldwell. He did a bunch of work for TSR including... Castle Caldwell and the two Ravenloft covers.

What was the Forgotten Realms novel though that featured Siulajia on the cover though? For the life of me I can't remember it's title. :(

Maximum Xcrawl. Can't recommend that enough.

I'd swear that's an old Dragon magazine cover.
