I can't look at that quote without getting both Billy Idol's "Rebel Yell" and, inexplicably, Sweet's "Ballroom Blitz" mixed up with the song from Return of the King and then the whole thing stuck in my head.
Devastation Bob: This is the first of the books released in partnership with Tor, which among other things means it's a larger, trade paperback format with the higher cover price. (Paizo Subscribers get such a deep discount that it's almost the same price as previously.)
More info on the Tor partnership here.

I've been coy about the details (although I've been dropping hints at my blog), but just as Prince of Wolves was my love letter to Hammer horror pictures, Master of Devils my mash note to Kung Fu movies, and Queen of Thorns my ode to high fantasy, Lord of Runes is my love letter to everybody who ever played, ran, or contributed to Rise of the Runelords, Curse of the Crimson Throne, or Shattered Star.
Never before have I managed to cram so many Golarion Easter Eggs, including some pretty substantial characters, into a single novel.

Found it on Amazon, but there's no indication that it's DRM-free there. (The closest I found is that "Lending" is "Not Enabled". Another website suggested that this means that it does have DRM. So, the assumption I have to make is that the one you can get on Amazon is saddled with DRM, so that's not what I'm looking for.)
In other threads about this, James Sutter mentioned that TOR is anti-DRM, and that the books would be available somewhere DRM free. I'd like to find out where it is, and I'd suggest that Paizo advertise that and provide links on the product page if they're not going to sell those versions themselves.
(If a bookseller doesn't explicitly advertise DRM-free, you probably have to assume it's encumbered with DRM. Most, if not all, Kindle books are, I believe.)
Update: OK, I think I found it. It's pre-release right now, not coming out until June 2. Kobo has it, advertising DRM-Free Epub3.
Sadly, the ebook reader I've been using doesn't have full support for epub3, only older versions of epub; I'm not sure how it will do. I may have to look into converting to a different reader. (I will probably give this one a try.)
Another Update: I don't understand the Google Play site. I found two different Lord of Runes pages, that have the same blurb text, but are otherwise different. The first one I found (and I can't reconstruct how I found it) said nothing about DRM, but this one on Google Play does say that the book is DRM free. It doesn't say what the formats are, though.
I must be very odd, because sites do not seem to be eager to advertise what to me is the very most basic information you'd want to know about an ebook. ("What is the format? Is it DRM-free?") I mean, I get them not wanting to advertise DRM, because there's absolutely nothing whatsoever good for the customer about DRM (or anybody else, really), but the format? Don't people want to know that?
Update to the other update: Cliking a link on that page from Google Play, it looks like they sell both ePub and PDF format. No idea which, or if both, will be available for Lord of Runes.
In any event, I think I've found what I'm looking for! Or, will have found it come June 2....
