New Pathfinder Adventure Path now available!

Deeper and deeper into the Abyss your heroes must go in the latest Pathfinder Adventure Path volume!

The heroes have their backs against the wall in "Herald of the Ivory Labyrinth", the penultimate chapter in the Wrath of the Righteous Adventure Path! Heading into the Abyss to discover the secrets behind the formation of the demonic tear in reality known as the Worldwound is bound to make some enemies, and the heroes of Kenabres have drawn the wrath of none other than Baphomet, Demon Lord of Beasts! With the ire of two demon lords bearing down on the party, and a careful dance of diplomacy with a third, this is no time to lose resolve...but the stakes are ever-increasing. The Herald of Iomedae, direct servitor to the patron goddess of the crusade against the demonic invasion, has been abducted by Baphomet, taken to the demon lord's home to suffer unknowable agonies. Saving the Herald will be no picnic, for Baphomet not only is the lord of beasts, but also of minotaurs and labyrinths. Surviving the strongest minions and navigating the Ivory Labyrinth is only half the task—the heroes must also get out, and failure is not an option with the fate of Golarion in their hands!

In addition to this adventure, "Herald of the Ivory Labyrinth" also contains information on the cult of Baphomet and the history of its master. A new spell, customized summon lists, servitor demons, and more await in this article, but that's not all this Pathfinder Adventure Path volume contains. The strange demodands are also given their due in "Ecology of the Demodands," which explains their origins, roles, and names a few of the more notorious demodands known to denizens of Golarion. Robin D. Laws gives us the fifth part of "Sweet Ichor," and four new monsters are included to terrorize your party: the labyrinth minotaur, stringy demodand, vilsteth demon, and the Demon Lord Baphomet himself!

Stay tuned for the final part of the Wrath of the Righteous Adventure Path with "City of Locusts", and get the miniatures you need for this campaign with the Pathfinder Battles: Wrath of the Righteous set!

Maybe they'll be a side quest where our mythic heroes travel to Oklahoma and root out the Templar's presence there..

But no, seriously! This looks awesome. I'm really exited to see Baphomet's stats, and I'll probably end up using them in a different campaign. Since he's so associated with cults, secrecy, and plotting, he would make an ideal BBEG. Or, alternatively...maybe he could work as the patron of the PC's in an evil campaign. I also noticed the "customized summon lists", which is really interesting; do Baphomet-affiliated characters get to summon fiendish minotaurs or something?

About this mailshot;

Was it polemically sent?

I guess the real Mr Crowley was interested in a bunch of occult stuff. Fits pretty well.

It would have been a damn shame *not* to make a nod to some heavy metal since Baphomet is on the cover, and Black Sabbath *did* come up in my musical rotation that day... :D
