The quiet village of Sheerleaf has always been a place of peace and prosperity, but their rolling hills and herds of sheep have caught the eye of a vicious dragon who demands their subservience. Though they've tried to stand against the villainous monster, the village is helpless to fight him when he takes hostages. But Sheerleaf hasn't given up hope; even if no one in the village is strong enough to take on their foe, surely some traveling adventurers can help!
The Scourge of Sheerleaf is a short adventure for 10th-level characters where you take on the role of one of four unique dragonblood characters—people who have special abilities in their lineage granted by a powerful connection to a type of dragon. This adventure sets the dragonblood heroes on a mission to defeat a powerful dragon and save the village he's been tormenting. The four pregenerated characters provide all the information needed to jump right into this Free RPG Day adventure; all you need are some dice and some friends!
The Scourge of Sheerleaf is sanctioned for use in Pathfinder Society Organized Play. The rules for running this Adventure and Chronicle Sheets are available as a free download (567 KB PDF).

As other reviews have mentioned, the volume of errors in the pregens is staggering, illegal items, missing feats, plenty of missing class features... I was tempted to say that maybe they should not have attempted to create level 10 NPCs for something like this, if the author is to inexperienced with PF2 but...
In general, having run these kinds of things in stores to support Free RPG Day, I think level 10 characters are absolutely overwhelming to new players.
Even outside the level range and the messy quality of the pregens, the adventure is underwhelming in other areas:
The story is, in theory, straightforward, but very short. Finding that that chest with the very, very very specific items that can help the players in the boss fight (if they remember to actually attach these to their weapons and do not use them earlier) feels like a deus ex machina.
The fight against the bears might be okay if the traps was not selective in their targeting, and in any case, the bears just look ridiculous.
They might be an existing monster but their use in the scenario and artwork just looks silly.
The Dragon could potentially kill the entire party if the GM plays it aggressively, and some of the choices with the pregens also do not set up the players for success (even if you fix the pregens).
The characters of this scenario are an utter disgrace - the numbers do not fit, they are missing options or have made decissions that hurt them (while not adding to flavour/fit their Backstory)
Also they are missing essential tools to function (healer/thieves tools or ammunition for their own weapon) - or options to create LIGHT (like light spell/torch)
There are enough tools available to build characters (be it externally or paizos own manual character sheets) that you should not be missing muiltiple feats or similar.
I like the flavour (and adding on how the characters act/interact) but mechaically this is a debacle. With a a 1 3/4 hour duration it also is quite short.
