A little bigger than a human heart... if it helps...
Taking a bite of raw lizard heart, Aerodus puts a brave face on it as he chews and swallows, warm blood oozing down his chin, and dripping through his fingers... and we've never seen a more striking figure of a Paladin... ;)
Grinning, Taki returns to the 'kill' to remove more parts, offering the thing's long forked tongue to Marik, its eyes to Shisa, and... something from its groinal area... to Tony...
... explains Taki, gesturing to Tony's weapon...

Her attention is fixed on her surroundings, eyes constantly roving the thick foliage looking for anything moving towards the party when she hears a rustling of leaves behind her. She turns, bow half drawn and spots Taki approaching her with something in her hand. Shisa relaxes the bowstring as the young native girl approaches and offers up the two bloody orbs she holds.
"The key to it,simply swallow and don't chew. That way you don't taste it," she thinks as she remembers the words of Kela, one of the childhood hunters she used to listen to.
Shisa reaches out and takes both orbs in her hand, pops them into her mouth with a quick motion then swallows quickly before the coppery taste of blood can linger for long on her tongue. Taking Taki's blooded hand in her own, Shisa runs her finger through the thick, drying liquid and traces a single straight line under her own eyes across the cheekbone and smiles.
"Thank you," she tells the younger woman and turns her attention back to the surrounding area.

Like any other Skill, you can't Take 10 when in immediate danger or when distracted... so it depends on what you think qualifies as potentially dangerous (or threatening) or distracting. Half-watching for a deadly snake ready to poison you at the drop of a failed Fortitude save (or not) probably counts as at least a little distracting... ;)

She casts a questioning glance over at Marik. "Um, I hope this isn't going to take long. I was just trying to get her to quiet down before she drew attention to us," she says with a sigh.
She grabs her bow, throwing a look over at Aerodus. "Had to make her cry, eh?" she says flatly, making it difficult to tell whether she's kidding or not. Turning, she wanders a few yards away to resume her vigil while waiting on the others.

She looks over at Aerodus and continues, "You are right, of course. Better to be in tears than possibly dead, but what was such a big deal about a snake that she'd carry on like a banshee?"
Sitting down, she lets out a long sigh and begins vigorously scratching the rash along her arms and rubbing her face harshly to try and quell the itch. "No sense splitting up.
