Note: This could also be called a "conversion guide" for the full book. There's no "PF2 version" cause that's only translating things that are missing in the target system, so the book for the Adventure Path already have all this content for PF2 (or an existing PF2 bestiary does).

CONTENT WARNING
The Pathfinder Kingmaker Adventure Path, Pathfinder Kingmaker Bestiary (5E), Pathfinder Kingmaker Bestiary (First Edition), and Pathfinder Kingmaker Companion Guide contain typical Pathfinder action and adventure, player options, creatures, and more. They also include content related to child abuse and neglect, graphic depictions of torture and violence, substance abuse, and other themes that are appropriate for more mature audiences. Before you run this adventure or use any of the supplementary sourcebooks, understand that consent from everyone at the table—including the players and the Game Master—is vital to a safe and fun play experience. You should talk with your players before beginning the adventure and modify descriptions or events as appropriate.
Are there plans to do this with other Adventure Paths such as Rise of the Runelords, Shattered Star, or Return of the Runelords?
Not at this time.
I understand. My hope would be that the sale of the product goes well enough to do so for other highly popular Adventure Paths like the ones I mentioned above.
Thanks for this product! I haven't had time to read anything in detail yet since I'm very busy this time of year. I didn't notice any skill conversion section. Is in not really needed, or did I miss it. Thanks for any info on this.Looking forward to running this next year!
would this include all the companions in the companion guide?
Yes
"Chapter 4: Companions
The Kingmaker Companion Guide presents full statistics for seven traveling companions the PCs can encounter during the course of the campaign. Each of these companion NPCs have been designed as if they were player characters, and are presented below with two different stat blocks—one as they appear at 1st level when they’re likely to be first encountered, and one at a higher level equal to the level of the adventure associated with them in the Kingmaker Companion Guide. Of course, if one of these companions joins your players’ group and spends time adventuring with them, you should feel free to level them up as you see fit.
"You can also use these companions as replacement characters in the case of an unexpected PC death, or as NPCs with entirely different stories to tell in campaigns of your own devising.
"See the Kingmaker Companion Guide for more details on each of the following characters."

There is a Hazards and Traps section but not a skill conversion section. The stat blocks for creatures include 5E skills, however.
One thing that I am really surprised by is the lack of a skill DC conversion chart. That would be immensely helpful. Not every check is a monster or hazard. If there is simple math I could do I wouldn't mind but the pf2e skills system does not seem linear or easy to convert on the fly.
This is incredibly easy to do. Simply determine what the difficulty is (or what you want it to be) and assign the value below, adjusted up or down a point or two as you see fit:
Very easy 5
Easy 10
Medium 15
Hard 20
Very hard 25
Nearly impossible 30
