I'd guess Heggal is Eggal from the NPC Codex - a Male Halfling Cleric of Cayden Caylien.
Full rules can be found here in the CR5 (level 6) entry

There are 4 characters (one of which is Kyra). Each character has 1 role card with 2 roles on it that are just for that character. You can't take Heggal's role card and use it with Kyra. So 8 possible combinations in total.
Kyra is in it, but she will be different that RotR Kyra. Probably slightly different in terms of skills, character card powers, and card list. And probably very different with 2 new roles with very different role powers.

Fair enough. My main concern is that I don't have pawns for the Clerics. I like to use my pawns to mark character locations in the card game. I've even gone so far as to use monster pawns when encountered at a location. ^_^
I use the pawns too. Are these clerics in any of the pawn sets?

Maybe this has been answered already, but do these new character decks supersede the original character add-on deck?
Thanks
No. They are completely different.
The character add on deck(s) is specifically designed to tie to a base set, adding a 4 new characters (with a couple of nice cards designed for them) and a bunch of basic cards to allow the set to cover a fifth & sixth character. There is a Rise of the Runelords one for the RotR base set, a Skull & Shackles one for S&S etc. All the cards are designed to be in from the beginning.
The class decks are primrially for organised play, but can be used for other forms of play. Each deck has 4 characters of the same class, with similar but different abilities. They have cards for all levels of the game (basic & 1-6), allowing you to build a full character from it.

Here's another question: Are the cards in the Class deck a subset of the cards in the base sets and expansions, or are there cards in the class deck that do not appear in the base sets and expansions?
Some are cards that appeared in Rise of the Runelords, some appear in Skull and Shackles, and some are new. (Speaking generally about all the class decks, not this particular deck.)

The class decks are primrially for organised play, but can be used for other forms of play.
The word "primarily" there is incorrect. While a Class Deck is required for our organized play program, it was designed just as much to be an accessory to any PACG Adventure Path. Frankly, I expect that more people will use them as accessories than in the OP program.

For each class deck, if you download the character sheets, you'll get a list of all the boons that appear in the deck and can check out all the characters too. You can download those here.

I looked through the Cleric listing and noticed something confusing to me. My understanding (correct me if I'm wrong) is that I will acquire boons in normal play, but then cycle in boons from class deck of equivalent power to the boon I acquired in play. In fact you can only use cards from your deck. Working under that assumption, I have a question about the character Zarlova.
One of the roles you can choose is Theurge. In both the flavor, and the abilities, this should be a mix of divine and arcane casting. And yes, she gets arcane intelligence +2. However, none of the cards in the cleric deck are arcane (or strictly arcane at least). So, she can't really cast arcane spells?
Am I understanding this correctly? Thanks!

Does Tarlin have an entry in any of the Pathfinder books? I'm coming up with nothing and I'd like to learn more about his backstory, assuming he's actually an established character.
As far as I know, Tarlin has only been given an actual identity (name and backstory) in the card game. His artwork came the book Inner Sea Gods to depict a follower of Iomedae. The same is true for Zarlova who is the artwork for Nethys' follower in the book.
