GOOD:
The side with the "underground/mountain stronghold" city is really useful for an attack/siege scenario.
We used it as a drow outpost, but it could also be a dwarven sky citadel, Janderhoff or a Duergar forge city.
BAD:
Side B isn´t as useful. The Gatehouse has to be reversed 90 degrees, because the stairs are facing in the direction of potential invaders is illogical from a siege point of view.
Also the city part is too small/river part too big.
UGLY: The huge statue behind the (unseen) gate leaves not enough space to let a horse wagon inside.

Cool. What would be even better would be if this map could dove-tail with one of the existing city maps so we can start laying out large sections of a city.
You know what I would really like to see now would be the other maps come out with wall sections! Some more walls, even a wall section with outer stairs leading to the top, a corner wall section. That way you could with enough create your on walled keep!
Not to bad, seems to be near a river. I hope to other side is dry land. Like I mentioned before I hope that the Map Packs can continue this with wall sections!
I just want to say that, if my eyes don't deceive me here, THANK YOU for making the main thoroughfares non-diagonal. (Still having flashbacks to the diagonal bridge in Battlefield I think it was.)
hello. it seems i am over 2 years late to this conversation but i just got my map. i love it!
however, it look like the gate is placed backwards. like, if you rotate it 180degrees it would be a much more potent defense.
look at the inner most staircase. if attackers are rushing over the wood bridge and bursting through the gate, those stairs are facing the gate and given easy access to the upper tiers. those same stairs are as far as possible away from any reserve defenders coming from the city.
