So there I was, minutes until the session started. I had a tenebrous worm ready to attack the PCs in some tunnels deep under a d'ziriak hive, and all the flip-mats and map-packs I looked at had traditional constructed dungeon corridors instead of the natural tunnels I needed. And then I spotted Cave Tunnels unopened on my shelf, and knew it would be perfect! There's nothing fancy about it, but it does exactly what you need it to do: natural rocky tunnels in dim light with plenty of branches. Certainly something one could use for all sorts of quick random encounters underground. The players might not have been happy about the resulting slaughter, but for a harried GM, it was gold!
The colors are uncommonly attractive, much more alluring than the typical bland cave tunnel tiles. That said, there's nothing new or unusual about these simple twisting tunnels. You'll need the "Mines" pack for larger tunnels; it's a shame the two sets don't blend well.

Only for small, medium and large creatures. Lots of unused black space. You'll want a second pack.

Yes! It will be compatible with Mines, Dungeon Corridors (and through that set, other compatible Map Pack sets) and at least one future Map Pack and another Flip-Mat that are yet to be announced.
