Dragons are awesome

5/5

I bought these at paziocon 2013 and I love them all three are nicely painted along with the design is awesome. These make me really look forward to other Dragon minis paizo and Wizkids will put out.

Nice Set

5/5

I picked up my set today. I really like the way this was presented, the whole idea behind it, and I liked the figures as well.

This allows one to scale the encounter to match the party. It also offers a great way for Dragon Collectors (and I know a few) to pick up the range quickly.

I hope you (and WizKids) do more of these Evolution sets.

As advertised.

5/5

These 3 figures were in good shape, well painted, and exactly as you would expect them to look. They even feel nice and rough. The huge white feels slightly larger than the huge black, but the large white is the real winner in the package, in my opinion. Its dorsal ridge is even a bit translucent.

I just bout the set yesterday. The Dragons are great. I look forward to terrorizing my player with them. My only negative comment is there is far to much over packaging. Minis are top flight, I am looking forward to buying more dragons of diffrent sizes as they come out.

Saw this in my local FLGS. Can't wait for my copy to arrive.

The Huge dragon here is the 5th sculpt from the 6 planned for RotRL. So what will that last sculpt be?

Love the concept for this set.

I believe that it was a a cloud Giant, it was certainly something relatively generic

I love my set!

It was for sure a female cloud giant.

Just got mine. I don't mind the package so much, since it will sit unopened on my bookshelf until needed and is a much better display than the Colossal Blue beside it.

Now can we have M/L/H Blues please. The best dragon needs his due.

I noticed that the Medium White Dragon is about the same size, if not larger, than the Large Red Dragon.

Is the white supposed to be that large, or was the red smaller than intended?

Grand Lodge

Red Xian.

There is a noticeable difference in size still though if you put them side by side. The Large Red, if Wings were spread would make the medium white look fairly small.

At the rate my game is being played, you have a three year window in which to release it. ;)

True, but the Medium white has a much large body. The neck is longer and bulkier.

That said, it is a YOUNG Red Dragon, but I assumed that as a dragon ages it grows in size. So a young dragon is large.

Also the Large White Dragon is pretty much twice the size of the Large Red Dragon

Did the Red Dragon come out in Heroes and Monsters? If so, I seem to recall that there were some sizing issues in the first set (because Wizkids had some sculpts 'ready to go' prior to the licensing agreement and those werent as easy to fit into Pathfinder's aesthetic).

I may be misremembering that (it was a while ago) but there were certainly a couple of issues similar to this in the first set.

Vic/Erik -Is there going to be another evolution set?

Mike

Vic had mentioned in another thread that they were content with the sales of the Red Dragon Evolution set.

Which he clarified as not bad, but not what they were hoping for.

So take that as you will.
