Uriah suffers a mighty sonic blast in his own body, causing internal damage and sending him flying. Luckily, he's quick enough to extend his wings and so he's able to counter the expansive wave.

Here, I'm assuming he doesn't need to spend a move action to stand up, since flying creatures can't be tripped. If I'm making it all up and the GM rules otherwise, then his actions will be standing up and flying up high, out of melee reach, not being able to save Dizzy because a natural 1 stood in the middle... T-T

He quickly flies to Dizzy's body and touches her, insuflating the holy power of Irori in her.

Well, each of the participants had the right to be buffed once by their team. The orb chose Greater Invisibility, IIRC. Then the Skald is buffing both participants, apparently considering this a loophole. Why don't we do the same?

We could buff both participants with, say, Protection from Evil, or any other thing that's in our favour.

Or we can just go to the Skald and ask where in the rules states he can do this, and whether we can do It as well. You know, to be sure.

Uriah understands Ulmo's feelings. In a different situation, he would agree. But it seems these orcs are not actively doing anything wrong for now, and the shaman has a hold on them apparently.

"Preventive killing is evil, Ulmo. I know how you feel, but if we kill them just for being orcs we're no better than them." He wants to add something else, something that the dwarf can use as a fulcrum to change or control his feelings. "Also, it would do us a great good to not engage in combat now."

Uriah is totally stunned at the result of the conversation. So, it seems there's a hope, still. Ending this threat without bloodshed would be awesome. Still, he holds an arrow ready, in case it turns out to be only a dream.

Things happen too fast for Uriah to react. He's not used to the group's patterns yet. One of them goes and talks to the orcs, and the rest eyeroll and ready their weapons, so he's a bit lost "But... If they see us preparing for battle, they won't ever trust Dizzy..."

Uriah spreads his own wings when the dragon lands, and flies away from the shockwave created by the impact. He now feels clumsy and slow, compared to how he was flying just a minute ago.

Landing himself, he joins the others. To Vashta's words about searching the place, he nods. "Knowing and choosing the battlefield is winning half the battle." He then flies away again, starting to comb the place from above in search of features his companions can't detect from the ground.

Perception? Survival?

Uriah is clearly not thrilled about the red dragon, but desperate times call for desperate measures. He climbs the enormous wyrm and helps Vashta sit comfortably. He could fly himself, though surely the dragon has a faster speed and he doesn't want to lag behind.

About the buffs, I'm too new here to know what's best for the team and each member individually. I trust in your good understanding of the situation, Vashta.

Uriah walks out the door of his home with decided steps. Up till now, he hasn't been fully involved in the events. With his wife recovered and able to care for their daughter, though, and given the recent development of the plot, he is ready to fully commit himself to action. After all, the best way to protect Nandini is to remove the threat from the roots.

So there he goes, in search of the Heroes of Trunau. He suspects the Heroes are weaving a plan, and certainly they could use his skills to achieve whatever goal they're after that takes the city a step closer to victory.

He knows where Vashta's family lives, so he directs his steps there to ask of her whereabouts.

Hello folks!

There's a background section in the alias but if you want a TLDR version:

Uriah deserted from the Molthune army and fled to Nirmathas, where he got married. He and his wife traveled here and there helping people until she finally got pregnant and they came to Trunau to settle. Uriah had been taking care of his family until recent events forced him to enter the stage.


I think Jack is ready, except I need to roll HD dice for levels above 1st. Here I go:

Edit: Question: Can I have crafted my own gun (and get the discount)? What about my own ammo? Can I have advanced firearms?

I wouldn't have asked if it wasn't for the fact that you might have access to technologically superior gear, so maybe it's a way to sooth down the curve. Not a problem if it's not allowed.
