As the party proceeds, Tragon holds up the chain shirt we found. ”Can any of you tell what’s special about this?”
”Any more traps we should expect along the way?” Tragon asks the thug.
Tragon gathers up the chain shirt for later identification. He looks menacing as the PCs question the thieves.
Tragon takes a look at the chain shirt. ”Does anyone know what’s special about this? It looks a lot nicer than the one I’m wearing.”
”Is anyone injured?” Tragon’s injuries are very minor, but he has a look over his companions.
”Is that it? Is that all of them?” Tragon says, breathing deeply from exertion.
(If he can reach) Tragon swipes as the enemy flees.
Tragon continues slicing at the nearest agent.
Tragon enters a rage, ready to take down these enemies who ambushed him. (Gains 6 temp hp) He goes for the nearest Lotus agent and slashes with his cutlass.
Tragon holds up a hand to those behind him. Making sure they are ready, he brandishes his blades as he proceeds to what may be an ambush.
Assuming Taishe says it is clear, Tragon tries the door.
Tragon checks to make sure the party is with him and then tries the door.
”If we leave, they could go to ground. We might never find them again. We should pursue. Maybe another passage.”
Tragon smirks at Taishe. He turns and has look about the room for other exits.
Tragon cautiously opens the door and looks down the tunnel.
Tragon ensures the team has gathered and then activates the secret door.
”Can it only be opened from the inside?” Tragon speculates.
Tragon charges at the door and tries to dislodge it.
”We should take out the targets we know about. The longer we wait, the more time they have to regroup,” Tragon says.
"Then we should move quickly. If 13 Spider can patch up our minotaur friend, we should hurry before they can mount more defenses." Tragon seems animated as he wipes down his blade. "Just tell me where to go."
"I didn't see them know, even as they were shooting arrows at us. They know we are here, and setting traps to welcome us, it seems." Tragon hurries along with the group.
Tragon maintains his assault on the croc.
Tragon attacks the croc with both blades.
Tragon rushes to Narl and hacks at the crocodilian with his cutlass.
”We may have lost the element of surprise. We should expect danger here.” Tragon leads the way down the corridor to the next door, checking it for traps or locks.
”Maybe, but we have no one to distract at the moment.”
”This place is huge. We will get lost down here if we’re not careful,” Tragon says. ”Where might we find what we’re looking for? I wonder if we should go back and try any dos we skipped before getting even further away from where we started.”
"Trading in animals, maybe. But it's not like that thing is going to make a good pet." Tragon moves in and has a look around through the debris.
”Let’s be ready.” Weapons drawn, Tragon leads the way to the secret door. Once the party has filed in behind him, he opens it.
Tragon opens the Southern door.
Tragon climbs back down. ”Empty building, like a safe house or something. They probably have a variety of exits from this rat maze.” He stops and looks at Norveg. ”No offense.”
Tragon smirks. He stows his weapons before climbing the rope to see where it leads.
”Hmm. Another access to the surface? In any event, we should see where this door leads. The torturer was headed this way - he could have been looking for help. We should be on our guard,” Tragon suggests.
Tragon charges at the torturer, swinging with his cutlass.
(Taking -2 to AC due to charge)
Tragon draws his blades, ready for a fight. He hurries past Taishe and throws the door open.
Tragon follows about 10 feet behind Taishe.
”Yes, perhaps we ought to see what that beast was meant to guard.”
”Have a look - make sure nothing is following it,” Tragon whispers hoarsely to the stealthier party members.
Tragon strikes out with both his blades at the wolf.
Then he backs up to make room for the party to surround the enemy. (5-foot step back)
