I would say that if the person makes the spellcraft check then they can readied attack or not based on the knowledge of the spell being cast. If they fail the spellcraft check then I think that they shouldn't get an attack unless they specifically say that they attack if the caster casts any spell since they wouldn't know if the spell was hostile or not since they failed the spellcraft check, but they might still know that the person is casting a spell.

"Ogre's don't usually carry around anything this advanced. A thunderstone would make a loud noise which might be why the ogre was attracted to such a 'loud rock', but maybe someone else gave this to the ogre. Maybe a way to inform the people that the job was done, or maybe to call for backup?"

Stevron's eyes light up with life, and a little bit of madness.

"I have discovered several ways to make my mental abilities better at the cost of my physical ones. This is a bit of a problem, but I have also discovered a way to create bombs. I am currently working on a way to use these bombs faster, or make them stop magic. It involves a lot of trial and error, and sometimes the results can be dangerous to me, and people around me. I have also currently donated one of my potions to Malodurra, and I'm curious to see if it actually works, and what side-effects it might have."

Stevron rubs his back from riding all day, but manages a smile at the little gnome's excitement.

"Fine I haven't had to ride a horse in I don't know how long, but it is nice to finally get out and begin seeing the effects of my experiments."

Stevron wakes up feeling refreshed, and rested. He pulls out a small book, and begins to read it pulling out numerous objects from his coat, and mixing them in small vials. After about fifteen minutes he begins checking that all of his explosives are in their proper place, and heads down to the common room for breakfast. After he is done eating he heads to the stables, and checks up on his horse. Feeding it an apple from his hand Stevron then makes sure that the horse has been well groomed.

Stevron finds a nice bath, and relaxs for a while before finally deciding to go back, and get some rest.

Finally a time when I can stop watching my back for a while.
