How often do we get hit by a silence spells in high level play (6+) My inquisitor would love the top one for +2 dc on his silence spell but I don't know how high the chances are for him to get hit by it are.

Reiko could very much use that ring, it helps her with a +2 ac I think. Also the ghost touch/mwk quarterstaff will help her do sneak dmg against ghost if we encounter them. Potion of resist fire might be useful as well. Unfortunately no evasion :P.

If no one is flanking the tree with Reiko she will not attack. She will wait until someone is threatening it (which might be when it pulls someone in). Then she will make a full attack if still hasted or one attack and tumble out of the way or use spring attack if possible to avoid aoo's (jumping over the wall while doing so).

Reike ponders whether to trip the sorceress, but her judgements tells her to just ignore her.

Reiko will stay close to Ignatious because she desperately needs healing for dealing with these monstrosities.

Seeing that the sorceress dropped a ring she picks it up and puts in on hoping that there are some defensive magics on it.

After putting the ring on she stands next to Ignatious and asks him "I could use some refreshing rain Ignatious if you please. That sword cut hurt quite a bit."

I think that is all she can do this round. Do I get an idea what the ring would do if I activated it?

Ignatious could easily see that Reiko is quite bloodied by the single greatsword attack from the brute (at 14 hitpoints out of 38). She is holding her side to stem the flow of blood while looking daggers at the sorceress. That sorceress might still have some tricks up her sleeve.
