![]() I'm against the crit change, mostly because it kind of favors the enemies rather than the pcs. Sure we can crit and do massive damage to one enemy every so often, but more often than not we are outnumbered, that's a good deal more chances for the enemy to one shot us.

I'd say it's important for fellow players to know planescape more than the system, that said, I have a cursory knowledge of planescape, but I am going to be reading up on it in the coming days. The Modron March sounds great, but I would like to petition to play a modron with high disguise, basically a floating cube with a trench coat, shades, and a fake moustache. ![]()

![]() GM hasn't posted anything here since Monday. I'll give it till Monday for icehawk to post something because I am interested in the concept, but after that, I'm done. I understand life happens, but not taking 5 minutes to post anything for a straight week, at least to let us know he needs to take time off for personal reasons is kinda silly imo. ![]()

Oooh, I'll take the second option if that's cool. I took the pride drawback, and my character has traveled from the lands of the linorm kings to cheliax, so our characters could have bumped into each other at any tavern in between. Maybe your character didn't believe a story mine was telling and said as much, would have instantly put her into enemy mode being accused of lying. My character would have wanted your character to apologize, and maybe you did, maybe you didn't, your call. Personally, I like the idea of your character just vehemently refusing, and my character just being so angry about it, but not about to spill any blood over it XD![]()

![]() Hey all, this is the cryptic player. It was one of those situations that my hammer needed the psion anvil, and the anvil cut and run. We weren't screwed at all, the Wilder ended up destroying the half giant in two rounds. Both my character and the Wilder have huge damage potential, more so the Wilder being able to deal upwards of 50 damage per cast of mind thrust. I think the way i'm gonna play it is that my cryptic no longer trusts the psion to have his back, and he won't be taking the risks that he normally would, especially if it's something the psion suggests that could endanger my cryptic, unless there is literally no other way. Then, if the psion endangers the party again, my cryptic will either go back to town and I'd roll a new character (the enforcer or a barbarian) or I'd ask the psion player to reroll, I can't imagine my cryptic would want to be in a party with someone he doesn't trust. ![]()

![]() Merek Montague wrote: Ok, random height weight for me. There are no random height and weight rules for pathfinder Lizardfolk. So I'll make up my own. Since Lizardfolk are typically between 6-7 feet tall, I'll go with 4d6 with a starting height of 5'6". And for the 200-250 lbs, I'll go with a x5. That gives us 5'10" - 7'6" and 200 - 300. Height: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 5, 6, 3) = 19 + 5'6" = 7'2" * 5 + 200 = 295Edgar got huge XD

![]() Well, my character tends to go were the wind takes him, if he heard a rumor about some goings on in some town in the sticks, he sees it as a sign from fate that he should go check it out (which can often lead him on some wild goose chases, but he's okay with that, it was fate right?). So I guess to answer your question, I have to ask what happens to lead up to us pissing off the witch? ![]()
![]() I'm playing a grammaton archetype cryptic, and I was running some numbers the other night, and I may have stumbled upon something silly. My buddy told me about a psionic power called Disrupting Strikes, which on a full attack action, replaces any or all attacks for Disrupt Patterns. Taking two-weapon fighting and improved two-weapon fighting, you'll have 4 attacks at 10th level, when Grammaton gets Gun Kata and disrupt is dealing 5d6 a pop. Now, when you use gun kata, you do a melee attack that is enhanced with base disrupt damage, and if that melee attack connects, you can make a free ranged attack with your gun on the same target. So with gun kata and improved two weapon fighting, that's 8 attacks and if you use disrupting strikes to sub in disrupting patterns, can you get all 8 disrupts? As I was typing this on my phone, the rule in gun kata came to mind stating ”For each successful melee attack made with a handgun, if that gun is loaded, the grammatons can make a free ranged attack with that handgun against the creature struck.”So,my question is if you are initiating the Gun Kata, can you replace the melee attack for a disrupt and still get the following shot? I feel its very doubtful since you aren't doing the melee attack, unless the disrupt counts as the melee attack under some rule I don't know, but I would really like to see what you guys have to say about this.
