Hmmmm. I agree with 1 and 5 totally. The DM centric answers revolve around your style of running a game so they give an insight into what is to come. That insight is invaluable to me. ...and Pinja is LG too. But that is because she is a team player and believer in a strong party and tribe ethic rather than adhering to every law per se - especially in Bloodcove. Cheers
Thanks GM. I looked at my Inner Sea World Guide and Bloodcove lies on the Vanji river between the Shackles and Sargava. Pinja probably comes froma coastal village further south - but spent many years as an apprentice in some mysterious location. In my mind I called it the Cave of the Ancestors. There are several answers to your final question, why this game? Firstly I have seen my four other pbp games go terminal, possibly fatal in three cases. Secondly your laid back approach in the recruitment thread while answering questions promptly warms the cockles of my heart. But mainly it is because I enjoy African adventures, having run one and read (and reread) everything I can by Wilbur Smith. Lastly I have run Smugglers Shiv and a homebrew mini-campaign in Eleder in case you planned to mine that info. Cheers
Good to know Korak. Its the spirit of the game that matters to me too. So Pinja is drafted out for your inspection GM Mowque. I'm used to writing a far more detailed background so if selected I'll probably flesh her out more. I've attempted to make Pinja an arcane character that can be a strong back up healer. However let me know what you think and where she can be improved. Cheers
So I've gone back to the drawing board and my odd dwarf/orc is now an odd halfling. He now has almost double his original Cha! Cha 5 should be easier to roleplay, and the background is percolating. Since we have three weeks to do this and so I'll work on it in between my other games. Will check back when I have any questions. Cheers |
