I'm back! I will have more robust information in next week's blog post, but I wanted to let people know that we're working on rerunning the intial replay grant to a) use the correct formula for PFS1 replays, restoring those that were lost, and b) recalculate the replays for PFS2 and SFS to include both games played and GMed. My hope is that we'll be able to do that this week before it causes too many cascading problems.
We're also working on tracking down some issues regarding players losing points and GM tables. It looks like the new code update stopped counting correctly when a GM ran the same non-repeatable scenario multiple times. Will share more on that once we have new updates to share. Is there an update on this? My number of replays is still very low. It appears to not include any credit for games GM’d?

Thanks a bunch Logan. Sorry for the double post of my issue. This same thing (with the certificates (the last several purchases) and the overlook of the original post) happened last time. I know you guys have your hands full and are probably overwhelmed so sorry to add to the extra workload.

I took a look at your order and it looks like all the store credit is there but was getting a little stuck. Since the order hasn't shipped yet and because we don't officially charge for the order until it ships I was able to reverse the authorization for the $175 on your credit card as well as get the store credit working on the order. I am submitting a third email regarding this order. I answered on the first but the order has still not but been updated and mailed.
So Then I submitted a follow up email this past Wednesday 9/15/2021 to try to figure out why it hasn't been sent. I know a lot has happened towards the end of the week and I would be very patient about an answer if I didn't see people who were canceling their orders getting replies while mine has been unanswered. The order itself should be good to go. The credit card is valid and funded, but the GM credits I was issued from conventions which I applied should be enough to simply process my book and send it. I have had the book on preorder since April.

This actually has happened in several of the adventures - or where they they have listed claws as ranged attacks.

So, I still have no response on my other purchase and I needed to use my gift certificates before they expired. So I placed another order - using THREE certificates totaling over $100. There was still a balance due so I paid with my card.
The system charged my card for the entire purchase. And still shows the certificates used. Which means that I spent $250 for $150 worth of product and shipping. Not including the item certificate that is still held up on my other purchase that absolutely will not let me update the payment method.
Now I understand that you guys are behind. But you guys are messing with peoples abilities to pay bills and put food on their tables by not being able to answer these responses in a timely manner.
My other request is 14 days old - with no response. I feel like these should be clear indicators that additional staff is needed.

Hey guys, so I am updating the Warhorn. Each session will have a generic splat for the most current season on there. And our most awesome of ACG GM’s David J. Will be prepared to work with players for the level they are looking to play. Both he and Tyler ( Hi Tyler I didn’t forget you, I’ve been putting out fires :) ) brought this to my attention.
I’m happy to see so much excitement for ACG. I just started playing it this year and really liked it. :)
I went to try to update my pickup option for my map subscription to Gencon and the option isn't there for me either. Hopefully you can help me too Diego!!!
Had a situation come up at a table I was playing at that I wouldn't allow and that clearly the GM wasn't comfortable with but we didn't have clear rules on it. We had a paladin at the table using a weapon cord to hang on to her wooden tower shield. When needed she would release the shield and free that hand. Twice she was called on to use her bow....With a 40 pound wooden tower shield hanging from one hand.
I feel there should at least be a penalty to her bow use and wouldn't the release of a 40 pound shield to drop to her side cause a problem? Or is this just me applying real world logistics again?

Hi Fromper! I THINK i was your GM for Gencon. I debated on the harrow deck, but I found it super helpful when running the Harrowing module (Which I LOVED) and I am now considering making a harrower.
I can run if you need an additional GM for a table. But play would be preferable for me as well.

The thing is, the foreknowledge isn't the actual reason for discomfort here. I'm still unclear on how this came to happen in the first place. Did you schedule a table, he signed on, and only later did you actually pick a scenario? Or did you pick a scenario, and he signed on and was ready to spend a GM star to play it?
GM stars are fairly precious. It's something you tend to spend only on specific scenarios you really want to replay, not just "I wanna play but there's nothing else on".
Or in the case that this player had already claimed a seat at the table before the scenario was chosen - why select a scenario that one of the signed-up players has already played?
We ran into planning difficulties too, until one of our people came up with the wonderful session tracker as a way to quickly select scenarios that a group of people can all still play. No, I schedule a month at a time. When I open the session it already has a scenario picked for it. I try to alternate between older and newer scenarios. He signed on knowing he had played it and thought to ask before showing up since I had 2 people waitlisted for the game.
This particular player is unable to make it to other game locations so he will sign up for everything at this one site. Oftentimes he won't remember that he's played a scenario until during or after the first combat.
No, our standing policy is that if you have played and we can fire a legal table without them then the GM has discretion over whether he will allow a player to replay. But I had never had a player pull the star before. I wasn't sure if there was a standard protocol in situations like this.

Luckily fair minds prevailed and he *kindly* stepped aside with an offer to play a scenario he definitely hasn't played in our next months scheduling :)

But do the stars reset at the end of the year? He hasn't run a game at all this year, and he does not attend Cons so I am pretty sure he doesn't have the narrative boon.
I have a table planned that has 6 signed up players and 2 waitlisted. One of the signed up players has played it before and wants to burn a GM credit to replay. Can I still tell him not to play so the other players have a chance to play it for the first time?
Also, when do GM stars reset?
I'd love to hear more about this. I'll be doing GenCon games this year and I run a lot of convention games. And I have a light Minnie mouse voice and people have trouble hearing me. ;/
