"Uwah, that's an impressive list Irrisyana." It would take a long time to get everything not to mention carrying them all to her place, but she shouldn't go back on her word, besides what example will she be setting for the child if she did? On the plus side she would be able to go sightseeing around Fuyuki.

"We better get started if we want to finish before dinner," Amelia announced joyfully as she led the party to the nearest shop.

13:45

Although it is apparent that Irrisyana is a magus to be able to see Beast’s true form, she is not a Master since her command spells did not react in any way. It worried her that the child is running about without a guardian. Even though it would make her brothers wait and possibly get into trouble she decided to accompany Irrisyana until she safe.

“Alrighty, what's on your shopping list Irrisyana?”

“A pleasure to meet you too Irrisyana.” Amelia smiled, “I’m just going on a simple shopping errand, what about yourself? Are your parents nearby?”

13:45 ?

Amelia was taken back by the fact that the child could see Beast’s true form, if that’s the case she must be a magi. Still she is only a child and appears to bear no ill intent.

The blue haired woman knelt down in front of the girl, “Hello there little miss,” she smiled, “I know her tail is super fluffy and very tempting but you should at least ask before touching. You wouldn’t want someone to suddenly play with your hair even though its very pretty right?”

“My name is Amelia, and this is my friend, Beast, what’s your name?” she asked while looking around to see if the girl’s parents or caretaker were nearby.

Still here, just waiting. :)

13:00

Amelia slowly nodded, although her cousin’s manner of speech was sloppy at best, she understood that they wanted her to head back into town to retrieve alcohol for the family.

“Well... looks like we’re going back to town, we were in a rush earlier but at least now we can do a little sightseeing if you want Beast,” she smiled as she carefully packed the lunch to go before setting off.

Again set forward the time depending on distance traveled

13:00

Upon arriving home Amelia quickly made her way into the kitchen to started working, she was slightly behind schedule so she quicken her pace yet still maintaining steady movements. After settling the feast on the dinner table the blue haired woman took her share, plus one, to the coziness of her own room.

She set up the table for Beast and herself, although she remembered reading that Servants do not need food, Amelia couldn’t help herself from making a portion for Beast, even if it would end up as a waste.

“Um Beast? Is there anything you know about that Servant we saw earlier... Watcher?” she inquired after starting her meal.

The blue haired magus thanked her Renei once again before bidding farewell. Outside of the port Amelia checked the time; it was close to noon, the port investigation took much longer than anticipated. In a slight state of panic she hurried into town for groceries, it's almost lunchtime and her brothers would not take kindly to her being late.

Please set the time for me, not sure how long it takes to move from the port to the city, starting moving at 11:00pm

11:00 AM

Amelia once again bowed politely and excuse herself from Watcher’s presence. The young Master then returned back to the detective to share her findings, at least the cut and dry version to prevent her from getting too involved into the war.

Upon finding her new acquaintance she shared the weapon information with the blonde haired woman, once again stressing the danger of such beings and that the best course of action would be to avoid direct confrontation.

“Oh, may I get the location of the contaminated water supply? I have some confidence in my magecraft and with my friend we may be able to do something about the curse before it gets out of hand.” She asserted while handing Renei a piece of paper with her number, “and please contact me if there’s anything else I can aid you with.”

11:00 AM

Amelia jotted down some notes in her journal, she may not have yet figured out their identities, it should still prove useful if they were confronted by Berserker or Caster. While the white servant’s comment would normally make her reexamine her notes, Beast’s praise made the young magus completely elated.

The Master began contemplating on her next move, its nearing noon so she’ll need to head into town for groceries. The contamination of the water supply is also distressing, perhaps with Detective Renei’s and Beast’s help they could lift the curse.

Amelia turned towards the white servant and gave a respectful bow, “Thank you for your cooperation, and I apologize for the late introduction, my name is Amelia Martelli and this is my Servant, Beast. May I ask for your title?”

10:30 AM

Amelia pondered for a while, these weapons surely shed some light on the Servant’s identities, however she still needed more information to be certain. The white Servant’s question caught her by surprise causing the young magus to jump.

The blue haired woman thought for a bit, wondering if it would be wise to share such information, but since the white Servant showed no signs of hostility or ill will the naive girl decided there would be no harm. As such Amelia shared the class and weapons of the two Servants to Beast and the mysterious Servant, hoping to get some input.

10:30 AM

Amelia gave a soft smile, unused such gentleness and kindness, Beast’s words had a profound effect on her as that bubbly feeling from the morning resurfaced. After a few moments the young woman caught herself staring at her Servant and quickly looked away blushing, “Thank you,” she mumbled quietly under her breath, whether Beast heard her or not did not matter.

The magus returned her focused to the surroundings, observing the havoc of the battlefield, perhaps she could make something of it.

Insight(5) 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25

Amelia decided to use this time to look for more clues around the area, while the authorities are looking for the vagrant mages she’ll try to discover the identities of the two Servants from last night. After a bit of looking around she found herself alone with Beast, even though now is a perfect time to talk she became hesitant, a bit afraid of what may happen.

“Um... Beast?” the blue haired woman called out softly. Feeling ashamed she avoided eye contact and looked down as she spoke, “I’m... sorry for running away earlier, I can’t ask you to forgive me but I’ll try hard to become a better Master.”

A sigh of relief escaped Amelia’s lips, although unnecessary she still felt thankful at the turn of events, as such she smiled and bowed towards the unknown Servant in front of her, “Pardon the intrusion then.”

“Miss Millrose what exactly are you looking for? You mentioned earlier about some Magi performing illegal experiments, are they related to the water poisoning this morning? And what are you looking for in particular here?” the young magus asked politely.

10:30 am
“Hello again Miss.” Amelia greeted weakly, she thought about sneaking around her but considering how quickly they were found last time she decided against it, a direct greeting would be better to show they hold no hostility the magus thought.

The blue haired woman took a deep breath, “Y-You see my colleague here wants to inspect the area because of her line of work. So um I hope you won’t mind us being in the area, we will be sure to stay out of your way.” Despite mustering all her courage, it was a frail plea. As much as she wanted to prove her usefulness to her family, in the end she still abhorred fighting and confrontation.

Amelia bit her lip, she didn't like fighting yet despite her pleas Renei seems excited. "How reckless..." the magus thought quietly to herself, reluctantly she made a small nod and replied with a trembling voice, "Alright, I'll come, but if it becomes dangerous please retreat."

“No! Nonononono! Wait! Please wait!” Amelia pleaded as she stood in the detective’s way, there’s no telling what may happen if Renei runs into the Servant earlier, and she couldn’t tell her about Servants and Masters, but she needs to do something.

“If it was a regular familiar I wouldn’t have deemed it was dangerous either, but I suppose that the term familiar is incorrect, as they’re more akin to ghost liners. In addition two of them fighting each other caused the destruction of the port, they’re not to take lightly,” she explained as quickly as she could in one breath.

”A detective, it should be safe to share information with her, plus if I don’t tell her anything she may wander into that white Servant and get herself hurt.” the young lady thought as she let out a small sigh of relief.

"My name is Amelia, a pleasure to make your acquaintance," Amelia stated with a bow, "Unfortunately there is a powerful familiar per-se at the scene so it would be rather dangerous for you to go in alone, but I was able to find some info before making an... unsightly exit.”

The blue haired woman took a quick peek at her Servant before returning her attention to the blonde in front of her. “It wasn’t a terrorist attack but a fight between two magus, whether they themselves were at the scene I cannot ascertain, but they were using their familiars to do battle. Um... the nights will probably become more dangerous from now on so a PSA telling civilians to stay away from open secluded areas could help. Oh I’m sorry I never got your name.”

Intuition(17) and Insight(5)
1d20 + 17 ⇒ (7) + 17 = 24
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7

A surprised expression appeared on Amelia’s face. Once again she found herself in another predicament, it was safe to assume the lady in front of her was also a magus, in the worse scenario the Master of the Servant she met earlier. Like before the girl would preferably avoid confrontation so she would need to choose her words carefully.

The girl took one, two steps back and kept her guard up. “I-I am,” she replied softly, “We came to inspect the storm last night but realized it to be too hazardous to linger any longer.” Amelia stayed quiet for a few moments before deciding that she should try to get some information too, “Um.. W-What about yourself?”

10:00 AM

Amelia quickly made her way towards the exit, looking back the Servant stared at her but did not make any other movements. A chill ran down her spine which made her run even faster, Beast’s voice reached her ears asking her to wait but her fear prevented her from doing so. The blue haired magus felt disgusted at her own cowardice, she apologized to Beast under her breath for the fact that she was stuck with a weak Master.

Lost in thought Amelia plowed into someone outside the docks, “Ah! I’m terribly sorry!” she cried as she bowed several times, and then glanced over the blonde woman for any injury, “I’m really sorry. I wasn’t watching where I was going. Are you hurt anywhere?”

Amelia sulked at the comment, "Uuu.. Even a Servant thinks I'm weird..." she cried softly before getting herself back on track. If a Servant is here the Master shouldn't be too far behind and no telling how man other unexpected guests might pop up.

The blue haired woman already figured the two Servant classes here, it's a shame she didn't have time to figure their abilities or identities but one shouldn't get greedy. "We were just here for the same reason as yourself; just to investigate but um we don't want any trouble." Amelia explained as she walked around the Servant keeping a reasonable distance. Once the magus made enough distance she should be able to make her escape into town, she wouldn't follow her into a public area. Hopefully. Maybe.

Amelia grew increasingly worried, her role...? Besides classes does each Servant have an assigned role as well? Or is it because that was instructions given to her by her Master?

Beast's response as put her on edge as she was different from her usual energetic self maybe she could ask what class the Servant is but her inquiry could wait.

They came here to find out more about the battle, and perhaps the identity of Caster and Berserker, however her investigation was cut short as she'd rather not fight someone over it.

"R-Right then, we'll just get out of your way. Good day!" she replied trying her best to smile in this situation

9:45AM(?)

The young magus frowned at the stranger's words. She glanced at Beast before cautiously peeking over the debris she was hiding behind. Seeing a wounded and tattered young girl she instinctively stepped out of her cover to aid the child, only to jump back behind the cover and kicked herself mentally at her own stupidity.

Despite the girl's appearance she is still a Servant, a hero, like Beast standing beside her. No doubt running up to one is tantamount to suicide. Because of the enemy's weakened state a normal person would most likely choose to attack to taking advantage of the situation in order to win the war, but due to Amelia's naivety she could not help but be concerned.

"A-Are you alright? What happened to you?" She meekly asked.

Present.

I have a few questions about the system, I remember you mentioning we can only command our Servants but not fully control them, are these simply our orders to them? Whether they do them or not entirely depends on their loyalty, independent action, mad enhancement, etc?

Are we allowed to make our own *a sections? Since I noticed you didn't add any defensive orders like guard evade disengage or counter.

Is there a limit to skills and phantasms per bout? I'm assuming both cost the Master mana so spamming it wouldn't be a good idea, but some classes rely on spells like Caster, would they have mana reduction costs?

How would Servant's passive skills play into this? Like Instinct or Eye of Mind, would that come before the fight? Such as you PM'ing the player or simply the Servant mentioning it to the Master in a post before his set of attacks what attacks would be best? Or will the Servant do the best course of action even if it goes against the Master's commands?

Finally what if the Master and Servant are separated or busy and unable to give commands? Would the Servant be less effective being on auto-pilot?

Sorry for the tons of questions. And I'll be making my post soon.

Not taking any chances, Amelia searched the area for an escape route, however being unable to find one, with only one entrance and exit, she went for the next best alternative. The blue haired magus grabbed Beast by the arm and hid in the nearest container.

Amelia studied her surroundings, or whatever was left of it, merely two Servants caused this pure entropy and destruction. She trembled at the thought of having to fight against these monstrosities, and wondered if she would be able to compete against the other mages.

The young magus tried to shake away such thoughts and tried to focus on the task at hand, “So this was due to a Caster and Berserker?” Amelia said softly as she began writing in a tome, “Perhaps we can find some clues about their identity around here, we should make this quick, as the enemy Masters would no doubt come back to erase any evidence if they have not already done so, and I’d rather be in town before they arrive. May I ask for your help in looking around Beast?”

Sorry for the wait, I'm back now and I'll keep up to date with the posts.

9:30AM

After a short walk the two arrived on the docks where the storm occurred last night, the damage was, to be expected, immense. But that was beside the point if two Servants fought that this location she might be able to find clues to the class and identity of her opponents, if they had not covered their tracks.

Sooner than expected an officer ran up to her stating that the area was off limits, Amelia bit her lips at his remark. "The security is tighter than I would've thought... is it because of the previous wars the citizens are naturally more cautious? Or.. did they find something here? the young magus thought to herself.

"Ah, my apologies officer, but you see my home is not too far from here and I'm a bit concerned about the safety of my family, is there anything that I should be worried about? How did such a storm appear so suddenly?"

“It seems as though the worst is over, I’ll be preparing breakfast, and... um...” Amelia struggled over her words unused to giving orders, “I’m not asking you to do anything but... it would be wonderful if you stayed inside the household, or specifically my room. Ah but that’s just a small request y-you don’t have to listen.” the nervous magus bowed quickly at her Servant and walked quickly out of the room and into the kitchen.

She tried to shake off all thoughts on the war and decided to focus on preparing the first meal of the day. An American style breakfast consisting of eggs, toast, sausages, bacon and waffles for her slovenly brothers, however there were still a few who preferred the traditional croissant and coffee to go, including her eldest brother Gregory. Unfortunately cooking was Amelia’s favorite pastime which allowed her mind to easily wander back to the previous night resulting in more overcooked food than she would have liked. An of course the obligatory comments from her family as they passed by impatiently waiting for their food.

After an hour has passed she was pleased with her handiwork as the feast was prepared on the dining table. As her family dug in without a moments hesitation the blue haired women returned to the kitchen and was about to prepare her usual toast and milk when her thoughts fell once again on her Servant.

“I.. don’t think Servants need to eat but...” she thought aloud remembering Beast’s attire and decided to make two more servings consisting of steamed rice, miso soup, rolled omelette, broiled fish, and dried seaweed, hoping to use this time to get to know her partner better. As Amelia returned to her room she placed the food on a small table, “Um Beast?” she asked looking around, “I prepared some food for you.”

(OOC: we can have the discussion between Beast and Amelia in PMs or whatever you fancy afterwards I'll have her head into town)

Its thanksgiving everyone is probably taking a few days off to stay with family or whatnot. I'd say wait till maybe Sunday or so and the RP will pick up its usual pace

Amelia gave Beast a confused look, "What do you mean? I am in charge of keeping my family safe, so if something happens to them naturally it's my fault right? The damage was kept to a minimum thanks to you Beast, if you haven't warned me I..." she shook her head and smiled gently at her Servant.

The blue haired magus promptly returned to studying the bottles and vials, ignoring the deep red mark on her cheek, and before long figured the root of the disease. Refusing to wait she used her specialized magecraft to heal her brothers.

Despite her family's disdain after their recovery Amelia sat down against the wall and sighed in relief. "What do you think could be the cause of the curse Beast? Is it another Master? Who can possibly benefit from poisoning the entire town?"

(OOC: let me know how much mana I just used up)

Amelia staggered to the floor and clenched the burning sensation on her cheek. To her surprise Beast appeared behind her spewing hostile words at her brother. While not fully comprehending the situation she could sense the tension between her brother and her Servant, in response she stood between the two and bowed deeply once again towards her brother.

“Please forgive my carelessness Eldest Brother, but if you can give me some time I’ll be able to create a cure for everyone.”

“A-Ah, Eldest Brother,” Amelia straightened herself up and bowed deeply, averting his gaze, “The water supply has been contaminated, I brought everyone who was poisoned here,” she explained meekly, stumbling over her words a few times, “I’m currently examining the water and everyone will be fine soon.”

The young woman decided against mentioning the one who somehow drank bleach, after force feeding the man milk and applying some activated charcoal the worse seems to be over as he is in his room complaining as usual.

Amelia’s face grew pale at the news, ”My family has been poisoned?” the question rang in her head over and over. The girl bit her lips, desperately holding back the urge to run into the house and her family. The last time she rushed to heal her brother she became careless and did a poor job, only furthering his pain.

The blue haired woman stared at the person in front of her with a worry stricken face, would this legendary hero help someone like her if she asked? Amelia slowly shook her head, no she couldn’t possibly ask, “I need to be strong, the war has just started, I need to show my family that... that I’m worth something”.

Amelia grabbed a couple of empty vials and tried for form a plan, she needed to stop the rest of her family to drink any tap water, a purifier would help but that should be saved for later, for now it should suffice to have them drink the bottled water they supplied themselves with. All those who are infected should be moved to the same room so she can easily care and treat them all, finally samples of the tainted water is necessary for the treatment, thus the reasoning behind the empty vials. “I’m sorry Beast, our chat will be postponed for a bit, but can you stay by my side? If the water is cursed the culprit should be a magus, possibly a Master, and may be nearby.”

That was the excuse she told her Servant and herself, despite her exterior Amelia was in complete disarray, and although she couldn’t really comprehend it herself, having Beast near her somehow puts her at ease. The young girl turned around and headed towards the main house and proceeding to carry out her plan, silently praying for the best.

She clasped her hands together and smiled brightly enough to put the sun to shame, “T-Then it worked? I am now officially a Master and participant of the War, my family will be happy to receive this news. I’m pleased to make your acquaintance Beast, my name is Amelia Abendroth Martelli, please take good care of me.”

While her Servant wasn’t one of the famous knightly classes but rather an enigmatic class Beast, Amelia was glad that her partner had a friendly disposition. She honestly wouldn’t know what she would do if her Servant was overbearing.

Taking notice of the time the blue haired woman quickly excused herself and made her way to the washroom, freshening herself up and changed into a light brown sundress which extends to her knee, complimented with a black tank top underneath and a matching black accented ribbon tied neatly along the waist. Finishing with a short white cardigan Amelia headed towards the main house, but quickly turned around and asked while tying her hair into a side ponytail. “I need to prepare breakfast for my family but perhaps we can introduce each other in greater detail afterwards?”

"M-Married!?" Amelia gasped “No my family wouldn’t allow such a thing...” the girl’s shoulders drooped at the thought. “Ah! No I was always a girl! I think I was cursed last night... by an enemy Master... or Servant.. maybe...” she trailed off trying to remember the events last night only to find herself flustered once again at her only vivid memory. For now she should focus on today, when can discuss about last night’s event when her heart has calmed down.

“Speaking of which, you’ve been calling me Master, a-are you my Servant?” the young magus timidly asked.

I've contacted Idaliseviel and she said she'll make a post when she gets home.

Amelia woke up slowly from the loud exclamation her mind felt fuzzy and her body felt extremely sore for some peculiar reason. Scanning the room she found herself in her workshop slash living quarters and her eyes fell onto a young woman laying next to her on the bed. Normally she would be worried about a stranger laying next to her but she could not take her eyes off the beauty in front of her. The magus rubbed her eyes thinking it may be a morning hallucination but alas there she was.

”Who... is she...?” The blue haired lady thought; then she remembered an amorous scent, a soft touch, a zealous night. In that second Amelia blushed so furiously she felt her ears on fire. Amelia opened her mouth to say something to the woman in front of her who she shared these eventful memories with only to blush even more, an event she thought that was already impossible, and shyly hid herself by curling into a ball under the blankets. A small “Uuuuuu” sound could be heard, “Did last night really happened? Am I unmarriageable now?” she asked aloud to no one in particular.

OOC: Happy Halloween everyone. I do check the RP everyday but I only see the discussion updated ie the Discussion(#) and didn't notice that the new IC posts since my tab didn't show the Gameplay(#) being updated . Sorry for the late reply.

Hundreds of questions flooded her head, yet no answer came to her. Despite her distress and discomfort she shook her head and tried to focus on the important part: Her family is in danger. After all two Servants were just fighting in their backyard. Even if it was just a coincidence that they choose that location, she shouldn’t count on luck to save them twice.

She needed to summon her Servant. Unfortunately Angelo is still unconscious so she must find it herself. After wandering the house, (and relearning how to walk) she found what appeared to be a catalyst, and as expected of her brother, that was all that was prepared. Not wanting to put her family in any further danger she went ahead with the summoning. Grabbing some [censored] from her workshop she then prepared the ritual outside, yet still in the safety of the boundary field. After she finished writing the circle with the [censored] and placing the [catalyst name] in the middle Amelia took a deep breath trying to clear her mind. Away from her body. Away from the threat outside. The young magus needed to connect herself with her Servant. Hopefully a strong one, to win the war for her family’s honor.

After a flash of light and a surge of energy, Amelia felt a sharp burning pain in her left hand, as if someone stabbed it with a molten dagger. A command seal. The holy mark that proves her authority as a Master in this war. Finally she has her Servant, finally she can protect her family, finally she can prove her worth. The sense of relief washes over her, clouding her senses, along with the barrage of questions about the upcoming War and her body further plunges her mind into confusion...

End Day 0 for Amelia Abendroth Martelli

OOC: Sorry for taking so long to post, didn't realize I was holding everyone back from day 1. I was out this weekend and was unable to get any internet from my hotel so I couldn’t post until just earlier. Anyways this is the end of day 0 for Amelia. Everything that happens after this will be discussed through flashbacks on day 1 as a “blur”. Just think of it as “waking up from hard drinking the night before” kind of scenario due to everything happening at once for Amelia.

Despite the distance, Amelia was in a good position. Through the wind and rain she could make out the figure’s movement and despite missing most of the fight because of her earlier theatrics, it would seem that the armored Servant had the advantage. Suddenly a monstrous wave of mana surged forth around the large Servant.

“A Noble Phantasm?” the woman exclaimed eyeing the battle closely, if she could see this, she would be able to discern his identity. However before Amelia could see anything, she keeled over, despite the bitter winds and frigid rain all she felt was searing heat. It’s really hot. It’s really hot. It’s hot. It’s hot. ItshotItshotItshotItshotItshot. The pain subsided as abruptly as it appeared, and the young magus could hear a voice in the distance but the heavy daze prevented her from hearing what was said clearly.

Amelia tried to make it back to the workshop. Unable to spectate the rest of the battle, through tripping and falling several times along the way. The body felt heavier than normal. Her sense of perception and depth seemed off. She could not located her center of gravity. In her current state she could not fathom what had just happened.

Inside the safety of her workshop she could hear her evidently faithful familiar, “Well, --ll, ----, th-- is qu---- --e si--- to b----.” Though the words escaped her comprehension she could feel the sarcasm.

As the headache slowly receded she took a deep breath and faced the mirror to find her bearings. However what she saw shook her beyond belief. She... was a he.

She needs to pull her brother to safety. She needs to pull her brother to safety immediately. After all, how could one move carelessly in this overbearing pressure, this terrifying aura, this otherworldly presence; any magus could tell they were in front of two Servants. Amelia could only stare at the docks as the two heroes gauged each other. Neither making a move, neither showing an opening.

However the blue haired woman snapped back to reality and pulled her brother back into the house. This time the did a full body scan, healed any wounds she found and laid him onto the bed for rest.

Amelia swiftly made her way to her workshop, nearly tripping over Rajei in the process, who hissed in response. Rummaging through her things she found the object she was looking for and pouring some mana [censored], an image of the two Servants appeared briefly before getting static and a sharp ringing noise.

“I suppose that wouldn’t work, was that an inherent Servant ability to avoid being spied on or a Class skill? Assassin perhaps?” She said shaking off the dizziness still holding onto her determination to find any information on her enemies she started on plan B.

She brought out a large box, something she worked on tirelessly in preparation for the war. Inside are hundreds of beads each varying in color and size, after a bit of looking she finds the one she was looking for, a blue bead no bigger than her thumb with the image of a bird.

She finds herself once again outside, and the harsh winds and rain makes it difficult to see what is happening at the docks. Holding the bed close to herself, she casted a spell and a white dove burst forth flying into the eye of the storm. Unfortunately for her and her familiar as soon as the bird came near it was struck by lightning. Whether it was from the Servant, their Masters, or the weather she could not say.

Back to square one, she fell to her knees in frustration. In fear of being spotted by an Archer or Caster if she came any closer, Amelia stayed on the balcony hoping to find any clues of the two’s class or even better their identity.

-1 Familiar

Upon hearing her brother’s words that Francesco has not yet recovered from the fight earlier she forgot all that DiGracia warned her about and rushed to her brother’s aid. She cursed her negligence, sure she healed all of his external wounds and large bone fractures but she never scanned his body to make sure all was well before meeting up with their guest.

Inside Francesco’s room, she found him sweating profusely, without missing a beat she began wiping his body with a wet towel, and with healcraft, eased her brother’s pain. With a quick body scan via magic the young woman realized that Francesco was suffering from cerebral hemorrhage.

Was it unlucky that this happened in the first place? Or luck that she found it before it became fatal? Quickly she bit her thumb and inscribed a magic circle on her brother’s forehead in blood. Concentrating deeply Amelia casted a strong healing spell to remedy his wounds. Immediately improvement was seen and Francesco was sleeping peacefully. With a sigh of relief the young magus laid back against the wall.

Amelia spent 200MP on the spell

Amelia graciously accepted the address and escorted the priest out of the house where she thanked him for the visit. After the man left the vicinity she let out a long sigh, partly out of relief that they were not the last and thus not having many classes to choose from, and partly out of worry as DiGracia made a good point: the longer the summoning is put off the more in danger her family will be in.

Their location should be safe for a summoning thanks to the [censored], thus with some new found resolve the blue haired woman went inside and found the man who was responsible for the summoning ritual.

“Brother Francesco, now that the base is secured should we move ahead to the next step?” she asked meekly.

Amelia twiddled her thumb under the table, “Ah. Yes, the preparations for the summoning ritual has been going slowly. Our family decided it was a better course of action to secure a base on Fuyuki ground before getting a Servant.”

The blue haired magus looked down at her tea before continuing, “Is our family the only one that has yet to receive a Servant?”

After bringing her brother to his bed and finish healing up she quietly head to the kitchen and prepared some tea for their guest. Inside she found that a different church representative than the one from earlier. Undeterred she set the cups onto the table, made a respectful bow, and took her seat across the man.

After the man introduced himself she did the same, “My name is Amelia Abendroth Martelli, and likewise it is a pleasure to make your acquaintance Father DeGracia. Please let Father Kotomine know that my brother has no permanent damage and that he need not worry about it. Now is there anything I can do for you?” Amelia asked politely.

Fate Spoilers:

And I agree with you at all points, as I said it depends on how much mana the Servant has. Sorry if I caused any offense but in your post it sounded like the servants keel over when their master died too.

And again I agree, killing the Master will weaken the servant greatly, and is the easier way to win the battle than a servant vs servant fight.

And yes a full power Ea would reset everything. Everything. But it was just used as an example because everyone loves that broken NP

I also agree with Regalus, although this is all assumption, considering every Master is a PC I doubt the GMs would want a person to die very early on despite another Master being on top of their game and plot another's death they would probably intervene and save said person.

I think the save/load thing is more for the attacker than the attacked, since you're attacking someone's home base with little to no knowledge of their servant. You might end up taking an Ea or Gae Bolg to the face. Requiring YOU rather than your enemy to load.

Also concerning some points people made in the gameplay I'd like to address.

Warning contains Fate/Stay spoilers:

First the Rider class is not the fastest, that's Lancer, the class requirement is that you don't have to be a spear wielder to be a Lancer class you just have to be very fast. To take an example in the VN Fate route, it is implied Gilgamesh had a hard time killing/hitting Cu Chulainn. Sure Medusa is quite fast, but we can all agree Alexander is not the fastest servant around.

Riders are known for what they rode during their lifetimes whether it be a steed(Zero), ship(Extra), or a phantasmal beast(Stay).

Secondly killing a Master does not kill the Servant right away. In one of the bad ends where Shirou refuses to enter the war, Arturia said she has several days to find a new Master before her mana runs out. In addition Medea lasted quite a number of days in the Ryuudo forest before Souichirou finds her. Just because they don't have Independent Action doesn't mean they just croak when their master hit the bucket. It depends on how much mana said Servant has left and their willpower to stay in the world.

And I said my piece, sorry about the rant.

And indeed Touko is awesome. If you made her your enemy. You're gonna have a bad time.

Amelia quickly knelt to her wounded brother and quickly casts a spell to heal his wounds, although it does not heal him completely, it stops the bleeding and mends the major injuries.

After seeing that he was fine, she stood up to the visitor and bowed deeply, “I’m terribly sorry for my brother’s actions, and I hope you can forgive his actions.” Afterwards she fell to her knees to fan her brother with a small towel. “My name is Amelia Abendroth Martelli, and yes I am the representative for the Martelli family, I apologize for the inconvenience but I have yet summoned a Servant.”

Looking behind her she found her relatives in disarray, unsure of what to do in front of the intimidating guest. “If you would be so kind to wait in the dining room to continue our discussion? I need to finish tending to his wounds, I shall bring you some tea afterwards, is there a certain type that you prefer?” The young Master-to-be pleaded hoping to lure him away from the family to ease their anxiety.

Almost instinctively Amelia runs towards the source of the noise. It was apparently too soon to feel a sense of accomplishment, after all, despite being in a war the Martelli family are perhaps more of a hazard to themselves than an enemy magus.

OOC: posting from phone so I apologize for some errors if any pops up

Amelia was quite pleased at the scope and caliber of the workshop, and the enthusiasm to start mixing reagents was clearly shown on her face. However a loud thud brought her back to reality and despite wanting to try out her new workshop, her responsibilities came first.

The blue haired woman needed to clean and set the dining room, prepare dinner for 21 family members, finish cleaning the rest of the house, prep everyone’s bed, and tend to anyone who has hurt themselves similar to this morning. Her first priority however is the home’s boundary field, almost surprised at the fact none was set up yet. Almost.

“Rajei can you patrol the area while I set up the field?” Amelia asked, to which the feline groaned but nonetheless complied. Grabbing a few thaumaturgical artifacts she heads back up to and heads to the front door, as she walked passed the living room she found a small brawl between three or four brothers, and quickly made her exit.

The magus circled the area etching prana into the ground and cited her incantation, creating an impressive magical boundary. Pleased with her work Amelia went inside to finish the rest of her tasks.

Amelia shrunk away from the following argument, not wanting the fire to fall on her, which it usually does. Back at the car she found her cat shaking his head in discontempt, and found herself giving an apologetic smile.

With all her things packed, the young magus took a look at the address of their new home, sighing heavily at her family’s conspicuous choice. “We’re heading to a battlefield and they’re treating it as a game. I should put up a boundary field as soon as I can.”
