Been dealing with some health issues, and after a nights sleep with a strange device on my wrist and finger I have finally found the root of the problem, sleep apnea. I've dealt with my share of depression. Had a bit recently that threw me off because I couldn't figure out why. Turns out I wasn't getting enough sleep. Hang in there and let others help when they can and remember that you are not going to always feel like this. Dan Harmon had some pretty good thoughts on this a few weeks back on twitter if you care to find it.
