These items did not ship with your currently pending subscription order, because the subscriptoin order was generated from the sidecart back on February 7th. At this point, your subscriptions become a pending order and anything available in the sidecart at that time joins them. The system will not check the sidecart or add any newly ordered items to this order after this point unless Customer Service intervenes.
The items that did not ship with this item were purchased on February 17th, and are a part of their own separate orders. They went to the sidecart as instructed, but the system does not check this sidecart until the next time subscriptions are generated.
This is a bit counter intuitive, and I will go ahead and push these items to ship as soon as possible with the shipping waived so that costs are equal to you as if the items had been combined. Keep in mind for the future, however, that the system does not know to add new items to your pending subscription order automatically after the authorization date, but we can add them if you let us know this needs to be done.
