I’m not sure what’s going on, but my orders are supposed to all be shipped via UPS Ground and this order is showing it’s scheduled to ship Standard Postal and also in 4 different packages for some reason. Can you please change this order back to UPS Ground and one shipment, and make sure that all future shipments are also shipped via UPS Ground ? Thank you.

My subscription for July (Order 26853140) shows 2 copies of the Special Edition of the Advanced Player's Guide Special Edition. I only need one copy. Please keep one copy of the Special Edition (and 2 copies of the regular edition) for this order. Everything else on the order is correct, I just need the one copy of the Special Edition Advanced Player’s Guide removed. Thank you.

I already had an order generated for this month’s subs, and it was fine. I just got a new order generated to replace that one for some reason, and it added an additional copy of the Pathfinder Bestiary 2 Special Edition Hardcover that I do not need. I only want one copy of the regular version and one copy of the Special Edition. Can you please fix this before it ships, please ? Thank you.
My copy of Pathfinder AP Siege of Dinosaurs (Extinction Curse 4 of 6) just arrived and it has a misprint where it goes from pages 1-64, then repeats pages 49-64 again, then picks back up at page 81. It is missing pages 65-80. Would it be possible to get a replacement sent, please ? I’ve seen a few others with this issue as well. Thank you
I just received this order but it was missing a copy of Pathfinder Chase Cards Deck. I ordered 2 copies (I was subbed to one, and the other was in my sidecart). The order does shows 2 copies, but I only received one in the shipment and was charged for both. Can you help me, please ?
When I try to order or pre-order something and add it to my sidecart for shipping with one of my future subscriptions, the 'Add to sidecart' button is missing from the shipping tab during order placement. I only have the options to ship it. I have tried multiple items, multiple browsers and well as PC, phone and tablet. All are missing this option. Thank you
I also sent in an email about this, but I was looking at my account and my cat walked across my keyboard. It apparently changed my items in my sidecart to ‘ship as soon as possible’. I had quite a few items in there and they were all set to ship with my subscriptions. Is there any way you can revert this for me, or do I need to go through everything, get a list of the orders that need to be cancelled and re-place the orders so that they will ship with my subscriptions ?

I have a first printing of the Starfinder Core Rulebook, and I am now having issues with the binding. Amazon says they can’t replace it and to contact you to get the issue remedied. Can you help me with this please ? I sent an email containing pics of the issue as well.
My copy of Starfinder Adventure Path: The Thirteenth Gate recently arrived, and it is damaged. It looks like at some point during transit, the corner of the envelope was folded over, damaging the book. Even though it appears to have happened after it left your warehouse, is there any way I can get a replacement sent ? Thank you

Hello. I’m a recent Starfinder Superscriber and I have a couple of questions. I have all 5 Starfinder subscriptions. I know one of the bonuses is a free Starfinder Society subscription, but I haven’t received any so far so I went ahead and subbed. Will the free sub kick in automatically at some point soon ? Also, I have noticed the same thing with the 15% discount. It doesn’t show on any items in the store. Just wanted to check before I purchase anything. Thank you in advance.
Hi there. I started up the main 4 Starfinder subscriptions last night. My question is that on the Starfinder Map sub, it has my next map being sent as Starfinder Flip-Mat: Cantina, and has it in my sidecart, but shows it to be unavailable. Since it is unavailable from y'all, can i have that one item cancelled from the subscription and it bumped to the next flip-mat ? It seems to also leave off the Starfinder Flip-Mat: Starship as my next item. Will I get that one shipped since it was released after the unavailable Cantina Flip-Map ? If so, I would definitely like to get the Starship Flip-Mat is possible. Thank you in advance
I noticed under my subscriptions that the upcoming PACG Druid Class Deck isn't showing up. I do show the upcoming decks from January 2016 on. It isn't under pending orders or sidecart either. I just want to make sure that I will be receiving it as part of my subscription in December. Thank you in advance for any help you are able to provide.
