That's 100% on me not noticing my formatting. This post is meant to indicate all physical releases, not just Subscriptions at this time, though it is often focused on Subscription items. Hello folks. Thank you for reporting these issues. We are continuing to work through tickets as quickly as we can, but in general this is something that can happen when new files are released, but I have been informed the files that folks have been reporting have been updated earlier in the week. If you've submitted a ticket, we request you follow the troubleshooting below and updating your already submitted ticket so we have the best information to assist once we are able to attend to your ticket. If you've already done this process, I've personally observed folks report back within 24 hours after that it has suddenly worked as a general not. To that end, here's the troubleshooting:

The problem might be a bad cookie in your browser. To correct the issue, you should delete paizo.com cookies from your web browser. Instructions for how to clear your specific browser are available here: https://paizo.com/threads/rzs43abl?How-to-Clear-Paizocom-Cookies. If you're still having problems, make sure to try a different browser and disable any privacy extensions you might be running. Following the "How to Clear Paizo.com Cookies" instructions fixes most issues.

You may also try using an incognito browser to force a new session from paizo.com.

For folks like Yoshua who notice the personalization coming up with a proper file size: I've had some folks able to right-click and attempt to save-as to get the file to download properly in this state as well. We are advised that if this happens attempting to regenerate the link by clicking "Problems downloading this file? Click here." after having attempted troubleshooting.

After trying the above, if you are still having issues, we likely need a bit more information to help you gain access to your account. If you would answer the following with as much detail as possible then update your ticket or submit a new ticket, we would greatly appreciate it.

When did you try logging in?
What internet browser are you using?
What happens when you try to download the file?
What is the error message you are getting?

We know this may not solve everyone's issues as sometimes things can be a bit more unique, but we do hope this will help a number of folks get access to their PDFs and, as Customer Service continues to get caught back up, provides us the best means to handle these issues as quickly and efficiently as we are able. It looks like the process in question has gone through, but if you're expecting to see an order created and didn't then please reach out to us.

I have also updated the shipping estimate. We had originally planned to run this process earlier than listed, but I did not have an updated timeframe at that time that coincided. If there are further updates I will do my best to convey them here. Again, thank you all for your continued patience as we move from November into December and the end of the year.

The authorization process we intended to have in motion today hit some snags so we are having to delay until tomorrow. Great question! I happened to be peeking here just now while hustling so I will give the best answer I can which is: as quickly as possible. We are unable to give an exact ETA due to the backlog we're working through, but it is safe to say it's comparable to the beginning of the year if not busier. I know this is a bit of a non-answer, but I wanted to give you some sense. Understandably, we are asking folks to email us to get their PDFs but if you (the general you and less specifically you, Alizor) already have we're getting there and I am sorry I can't give you a better idea.

Thank you all for your understanding and patience as we work through an already large volume of tickets that understandably have come up before Cosmo was able to get in and give an update. If you haven't heard from us yet and have a ticket in, volume is almost always the reason we have yet to get back to you. Hello folks. Between an extended weekend due to Holiday and general overall ticket and order volume, we have been busier that anticipated. We apologize for being unable to post an update to that effect before today.

To that end, our Warehouse team is doing what they can to get orders out as quickly as possible. If you have a ticket in with us already regarding this matter, we are working through tickets as quickly as we are able but if your order has not shipped by November 15th for whatever reason, please update that current ticket or reach out to CS and let us know and we'll do what we can to help ensure you get those PDFs, that your order looks correct, or anything else we may need to do for your particular set of circumstances.

I am sorry no one posted those notes here when they were made. As has been noted, Customer Service doesn't spend much time in the forums currently so I was personally unaware that something was not posted here for folks. You can find those notes on the FAQ page located here: https://paizo.com/pathfinder/faq down near the bottom.

For ease, I have copy/pasted that information in a spoiler below for folks just as it is a decently sized list.

Spoiler:
Some areas of the Workshop Heights and Lower Guldrege maps do not match their descriptions in the text of the adventure. Make the following adjustments:

The map labeled "Lower Guldredge" actually portrays Workshop Heights, and vice versa.
F2 is the area in Lower Guldrege where the Workshop Heights are located.
F3 is G3: The Stonemaker's Shrine.
F4 is G2: Sacrifice Point.
F5 is G4: Xulgath Camp.
F6 is G1: The Hunger Stone.
F7 has been cut.
G1 is actually F1: Crumble Yard.
The G2 areas are just empty spaces.
G3 and G4 are actually F3: Coal Silo and F2: Ore Silo.
G5 is actually F5: Living Quarters.
G6 is actually F6: Workshop.
G7 is actually F7: Annex.
Toppled Entrance is supposed to be the door into Living Quarters. The PCs have to unearth the way into Thenur's home.

For folks who had issues pertaining to downloading Highhelm recently (Last week or so per those currently discussing), our wonderful Tech Team has informed us last night this issue should be corrected. If you have a ticket in with us and have been waiting for a reply, we are working through our backlog of tickets and getting to you all as quickly as possible pertaining to this situation.

If you are reading these forums, then we request you attempt to clear your cookies/cache again before attempting to download. So far in the replies I have received from folks and the the message here from AJCarrington about their download this morning, downloads should be good to go. However, if you are still having difficulties with your download or otherwise, please reach out to us in Customer Service and we will do what we can to further assist. Thank you!

We are sorry for any confusion including the Free RPG day items for this month caused. We figured since it was happening this month that folks might appreciate knowing what the items were if they had a product page available or were linked to the Free RPG page associated. In general, if you are having issues with some part of website functionality like that we highly recommend you reach out to us in Customer Service as we don't typically spend time on the forums these days. I figured just posting something to this effect here would be helpful for folks that catch this later beyond hopefully having some assistance provided.
