![]() I've worked for Steve for four years. Steve allowing me to work on a Rite project for Hero Lab that became my graduation internship. Which lead to many releases from Rite for Hero Lab. Steve was always there for me, whether I was having trouble with something for Hero Lab or even my personal issues over the years. When there were problems, he wanted me to know first. E-mail wasn't enough, he called me on more than one occasion to explain things that weren't working right. Steve helped usher in many changes in my life. I am a better man for having known him and worked with him. Out of all the years my only regret was never being able to meet him in person. Rite was just getting ready to make the move into Hero Lab and 5e to be the first 3PP in that spot. I'll be sad not to be able to user that in. Steve I miss you already. And will miss you for many years to come. ![]()
![]() I collect digitally now. I know of at least 1 person that has one of every Golarion & Pathfinder product, and when I say that I mean he buys a new copy of each printing of books. I've seen a video of someone that has a copy of every single D&D (Official) product ever made plus every Pathfinder product. ![]()
![]() I honestly hate captchas and activation e-mails. There are some places I still can't receive my activation e-mails from for reasons like I'm not using an e-mail address associated with my ISP or not using some known service (hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc). Sometimes the e-mails never even show up no matter what e-mail address I send them too (and they don't go to spam). And captchas? They're just horrible, especially when I have to zoom a page 500% just to read them. There has yet to ever be a good implementation of them. ![]()

![]() Not sure if Paizo can have any say in this or not, but it would be great if the Kindle editions could have Lending and X-Ray turned on. Lending because ... well its lending. X-Ray is kinda like a wiki for just the book that lets people put character information and track how many times certain characters come up and other things and works like having an "in world" glossary so you just have to highlight something (say a Deity's name) and it'll give you some info about them. ![]()

I really dislike the fact that you don't really gain the the things that make you feel like a member of these classes until like... level 15 or 19 in a lot of cases. The campaign is basically over at that point. Well really going faster than this you might as well just run a gestalt game. ![]()

So you're upset that someone looks at statistics on a public forum where anyone can do the exact same thing. Google does it. I could see being upset if this was a private forum or if your PMs were being tracked, but this is public and open to the world. ![]()

![]() I'm torn on this. I like having all the stuff in one place, but I dislike new stuff in compilations, and Kobold Press seems to have a habit of doing that. To me it's like seeing a comic publisher go "Here's the trade paperback and because you're buying something new, lets add an all new issue just for you." So the person that supported the product line all the way has rebuy everything if they want this new material. ![]()
![]() The sample Skeletal Champion is a Human Warrior 1 Skeletal Champion with a CR of 2. I'm being told that because there is an NPC class involved the CR should be one lower (1), and that even Paizo does it wrong ... I've argued that the Skeletal Champion CR is based on the Skeleton which is based on Hit Dice and not Class Level. So I'm trying to get clarification on just what CR that sample Champion should be. |
