Culvine lowers his weapon and stands in a less threatening pose. Holding his left hand up in a manner to suggest he won't attack. Whatever was said to the Leshy had to work or there could be violence.

Speaking sound like a good plan, I dunno how we could show it non threatening behaviour though.

"If it lets you. Archers ready from a distance. I'll walk up with you." Saving that he unequips his shield and mace, storing them on his pack and mace loop, then draws his Ranseur again. "It has a ranged attack. Be ready to drop prone. Or let me reposition you if it fires."

If she lets me grab her and use repositioning. Of course it's all situational and GM disgression, but I'm happy to take the hit if it looks like that's the way the conversation goes.

Actually no idea. Doesn't say anything in the brief. If it'll attack us on the spot I'll tell them to jump him quick, if he only attacks people in the garden I'll suggest going around. But if I don't know I'll leave it at that.

Updated now, put a spoiler for my second roll to find out more, if combat starts and I have to use an action to do so then I'm okay with that.

Are we on track for finding the package that the two thieves were after? I wanna see what's in it, later is fine. Also, gonna use guidance on everyone before entering the room, if that's cool? I'd imagine seeing an opening like this as a potential battle site. S'alright if not. Also I would like to tell the group I can do some minor heals if necessary.

"Thank you. There's an exit down there too." He points to the exit they came down through, assuming the men wanted to leave quickly. Then takes a look at one of the vials of acid. "Can I have one?" He ask Dindal inquisitively, after all that is his job.

Once the men have disappeared Culvine takes a quick peer through the pipe and at the crude map draw. "I can get us to the other side of the pipe. Going back where we came." He picks up the least filthy stone he can find as it does it begins to glow with radiant light. "Throw this down the pipe?" Once again asked inquisitively, expecting a no as the answer, but it could help they figure out if they went the right way or not.

Culvine stands and stares at the man, then at his his younger companion.

"You can go if you help. Maps, tools, information." Gesteruring to the men in a non threatening way, almost like paying for saving their lives. Culvine turns to Dindal and places his arm on his shoulder. "Have faith. Talk to them."

Knowing full well he can't talk the men down if it comes to it and Dindal seemed to have more charm to his words than the rest.

Culvine is a torn between saving the older man and attempting a Disarm on the gremlin, but in the end he crouches down quickly and grabs at the sleeping man falling down the sewer's.

The gremlin seemed to be doing a tiny amount of damage with his mini crossbow, but you can't interrogate an imp.

Culvine shifts forward toward his closest enemy Blue outline and with his shield attempts to disarm his opponent.

Culvine holster his Ranseur on his back and equips his shield and heavy mace. He waits for his fellow combatants to ready themselves before moving toward the two men.

"Sewers... What a terrible place to be." Lacking any charm and in a monotone voice. Almost as if he were complaining about his job to the other sewer folk. Assisting his own attempt at a passing conversation by lifting a shoe and kicking some of the muck off into the water.

He looked back toward the tunnel facing the ladders down and pointed toward it. Before moving back to where he started.

The Inquisitor too searches through the little den for any treasures, just incase the Otyugh had left anything behind from its last meal.

Once that search is over he takes a look around, scanning the floor for any indication of others that may have ventured down here recently. Footprints, snagged clothing or anything of the like.

Feeling more rejuvenated from the healing energy as it poured into hisbveins. He takes another stab at his foe, hoping to finally score a hit on his target.

Having missed his first strike, Culvine needed to make a good impression and that required blood. He brought his spear back and thrust once more toward the creature.

Well... That was impressive. As Shera begins to mutter Culvine turns his head slightly toward her and features for he to swap to his side of the sewer. "I can heal a little" That's all he said before returning his eyes to his foe.

Culvine takes his opportunity as the beast begins to rampage. Now it time to give the beast a stab. He moves in range with his Ranseur and aims a stab and thursts his spear forward.

He stands his ground in front of his allies in an attempt to show that they are not to be trifled with. Likely failing but readies himself to attack if things turn for the worst and the creature attacks.

Knowing full well that they won't have anything the beast could eat, that it would call satisfactory. Culvine sprang forward toward the beast and aimed a stab into its face. 'There is no reasoning with beasts like these.'

He remained quiet, but hisnpupose was clear. The only thing Culvine had for this creature to eat was a blade. Probably not his best move as his allies weren't aware he'd made this plan. But it would have just attacked them anyway.

As the pathfinders enter the sewers they are followed by another who appears slightly embarrassed, more by his apparent lack of time keeping.

The man is dress in what appears to be a a common priest outfit with leather armour fit over the top. Upon his back are a spear a Sickle and a mace. Drawing hisbspear as he sets himself in the formation, reveals the two curved blades reaching out from the base of the blade.

"My name is Culvine. I apologise for being late." He finishes the sentence and turns to silence. It'll become clear quite soon he's not much of a talker, but still the is more he must. "I was given a solo brief, I missed the meeting by moments it would appear."

He then take a brief moment to look directly down the tunnel to the east.

I only have limited use, so it's mainly going to be used on bosses or allies that have already been hit. Working on his back story now, ex-soldier/field medic, turned priest and now on the path of vengeance. Silent type though so ibappolgise if he doesn't speak much, haha

- A related question about your fighting syle. You have the +2 shield bonus to AC included standard, but primary weapon seems to be two-handed. What will be your standard setup?

The intended set up is a two handed, reach/body guard build. So unless I state otherwise (I will write it in my post and then I will edit it into my header) just assume I'm using a two handed reach weapon.

- Are you sure your armor check penalty is correct? I'm counting 2 from lamellar leather, 3 from the shield and -1 from the armor expert trait. Right?

If you'd rather it be 4 then okay. But I was told that a shield is a piece of armour and also gets a deduction from armour expert. (I am still pretty new to this though.)

- How would you like to handle the Bodyguard feat? I think it could use some thought, since it's a reactionary ability. Will you declare how you'd like to use it in the coming round, with each combat post?
