Marvel Superheroes Advanced Players Book is what I used. Was I not supposed to? Check out the first post in Campaign Info. You might want to make a new character with DeJoker's rules. Or use your rolls and apply DeJoker's rules. Who else is still here?
Today was the first time the tabs at the top said "1 new" for this tab and Gameplay, so I just posted there. Weird.
Blindspot tries again to blind it.
Two punches a turn at Amazing Strength is more than the majority of MSH characters can do. So that's all the character many of us would need. :-) And of course that's a perfect Martial Art you rolled for a Strong Person. Doesn't the Air Control give you flight? That's pretty awesome. If not, is Flight an optional power? Because you can drop any of your previously-rolled powers to take an optional power. Wind blasts might be another option. You are also rich and brilliant, so you can start working on your body armor/armor suit too.

Powers/Talents/Contacts 4/4, 3/4, 1/4
So, I rolled Corrosive Touch - Inc twice and a useless Poor Paralyzing Touch. How would you like me to deal with that? Should I switch the second Corrosive to some sort of defensive power? My previous character, Bantha, had Iron Will, which I liked. The other interesting dichotomy is that I have all melee attacks, but low Fighting and high Agility. Could we flip-flop those? Esteban "Bantha" I would have to see the character but I am going to guess unless you can share your original rolls you would have to do the rolls all over again as my charts are not even the same as the basic charts as I removed anything that was basically a limitation of another power. There were no rolls. He was designed per the instructions of that Judge. I will roll using your method, certainly.
Dejoker, thanks for taking this over. I had the only remaining established character (Bantha) from the original campaign. Do you want me to keep using him? I'm fine with rolling something new if you need. I was hoping to keep using him, but I will do whatever you prefer.

So, fellow players, we put all this effort into building characters. Shall we try to find another Judge? I guess I could be the double redundancy emergency back-up, but I really want to play. Sorry for your loss Terevalis. Waskally, are you still here?
Hey Esteban, am I all good? You should lower your Agility and Reason to Remarkable. That was the limit established by Terevalis.
Are you ok with the prospective recruits?
Riptide, I think you need to lower your SONAR to Remarkable, but the Judge can confirm that.

Hi, KoY and KH, Yes to "all mutants." Yes to the limit of Remarkable. Judge Terevalis said we could just create/conceive characters and not have to roll randomly. I believe the UPG is fair game, but you might avoid the universe-altering stuff. Current characters are Thunderer and Bantha.
Opening this up again... We have a Judge and two players. Can we find three more?

Bantha just watches the look on WB's face and tries not to say something stupid. He looks at Valence and mumbles, "Uh, drinks?"
"Stop! You'll fly right through the ceiling! Just stay here, dude."
"Ah! My head! What's a mora?"
Bantha blushes a little, but tries to recover. Replying to WB, he says,
Ban looks for the prettiest girl (over 16) in the new group and invites her to join them for tikis. If that fails, as is likely, he asks the second prettiest...
"I don't think that's right. You're a mutant. You're supposed to be here. At least try it out for a few days."
"Wait, where are you going?"
Ban watches the back-and-forth discussion of the two powerhouses. He was TOUGH in his part of the Pacific, but this was NEXT LEVEL TOUGH. "Should we not get a room or something for our stuff... or something before we get tikis?" He's not really happy with his own words or the lack of direction here. He was always told what to do and where to be. Taking a big breath, he decides to stand tall and do what Thunderer does.
"Hola Nightcrawler. I go by Bantha. Thanks for the big welcome. Is there somewhere we should check in or look for a place to crash?" Ban looks around for hot, but not on fire, females, because he's a teenage boy.
"Hey Thunder and Wonder! (Does that make me 'Sunder?') I got some churros for everyone. What are we doing today?"
