It's a leap year miracle!

A high of forty with clouds and windy was our forecast for today.

Instead, we get fifty degrees, sunny and no wind, just an occasional breeze.

I love you El Nino leap year!

Usually, with our weather in February, they'll have the really nice days in the 7 day forecast at the end of the forecast. Then spend the whole month pushing it back, it's incredibly frustrating! This year, it's the opposite, it's been really nice the last week, every time I look at the 7 day forecast, there's temps in the 20s, just waiting at the end of the forecast. Yet, every day I look and it's pushed back another day.

I love you, El Nino winter!

Praise be to El Nino Winter!

However, by the weekend we should be in the subtropical-esque mid twenties. :-)

Gotta love El Nino :-)

We haven't gotten measurable snow in weeks.

I love it! Every day it's above freezing is another day closer to spring.

It's been so long, cold and bleak the last couple of winters we deserve this, especially the east coast. :-)

Looks like we'll have a brown with green overtones and white morning highlights Christmas.

It's snowing now, but not much will stick past morning, then the sun comes out, presumably.

We've been told it was coming before.

Four blocks and back to walk the dog, has rained almost non stop for two days beforehand, 56 degrees outside.

8 blocks total.

Both kids are literally covered in mud, with waterlogged (and most likely ruined) shoes.

I'm not surprised.

Tell me about it, it's already 35 here, i might even set up the swimming pool.

It's nice that I can get to the end of the street (4 out of 5 blocks) holding my phone before my hand loses feeling from the cold.

Usually I only get half way before it goes numb.

The drawback of owning a touchscreen phone in winter, gotta look for those special gloves.

Not a chance of a cold winters day in Florida evil villain!

save's wifey while kicking fhdm out of ice castle sending him to southern Florida.

Define cold, because I had to wear a long sleeve t shirt today. It was around 60.

It's 48 here, I'm in a long sleeved t-shirt and shorts. :-)

A rainy dreary day, still, better then the foot of snow getting dumped on southern Minnesota, which isn't very far away.

Also after Wednesday, it nothing but sun and 36-42 degree days as far as the eye can see (at least 4 days).

Yeah we're gonna hit 36 tomorrow, I'll probably wear shorts.

Hey, Freehold. Care to explain why I had to scrape frost off of my car this morning?
I would be sending some hot weather your way, but Freehold DM messed up my Anti-Weather Dominator. It is in the shop and the technician said that it will be at least 4 to 5 months before I can get it back. ~grumbles~ Thanks Freehold DM.

I use an El Nino generator, keeps some of it at bay, by *snicker* funneling it thru Illinois.

Mwahahahahaha!!!

Just stop it. Some of us don't appreciate being funneled through.

But i'm from Illinois, and i hate it, so very much! can't i just wreck it up a little.

It begins...

Whoo hoo!

Feels a lot like Seattle outside!

Pre-Winter wash away is upon us!

An inch of rain overnight, another inch expected during the day, a half inch overnight, with a quarter inch expected tomorrow before it winds down.

All topped off with temps in the 50s.

50s as far as the eye can see, at a time of year when we're lucky if we see 40.

But yes as strong as the one twenty years ago they're predicting.
