I really badly want to sub to Lost Omens again, starting with Impossible Lands, but that's still not an option. Can the subscription page get an update?

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I'd love to get back on the Lost Omens sub again, but I wanna restart with Impossible Lands instead of having to buy Travel Guide first. If there's a way to update that before authorizations start, that'd be great.

I've just noticed that my subscription list for the November items are now not showing under my subscriptions, either in "Upcoming" or "Expected to ship in X days" (Impossible Lands/AP185/Flip-Mat/Flip-Tiles). I do have some stuff in my sidecart (Order: 37060520) so maybe this has affected the listing? Should I wait or contact CS?

I've just noticed that my subscription list for the November items are now not showing under my subscriptions, either in "Upcoming" or "Expected to ship in X days" (Impossible Lands/AP185/Flip-Mat/Flip-Tiles). The items drop off that list every month as they are prepping orders for shipping and then they pop up as a pending order typically within a couple business days.
We don't normally notice because it just happens in the background. Side carted items that are in stock when our orders ship will also move to the pending order at the same time.

Back in the day, it was a Tuesday I think, we had a robust customer service department that had time dedicated to the forums.
Miss those days.
Emailing is the only direct channel to get ahold of them now, and we have no idea if they have a back log.
I recommend posting on the products themselves. Mika and Aaron have been pretty good about answering questions on new products.

I'm excited for this book. Actually surprisingly so! I haven't had any intention to run anything in these areas, so I thought this was a maybe from me... But Mwangi and Absalom are so good!

I had a feeling this might have been the case. I just subscribed to a new line and thought it may have skewed things.

I tweeted Aaron Shanks (great guy!) just before asking him about the subscription and he said that they are making the correction now so keep your eyes on it I reckon

we had a blip in order creation this afternoon and will be finalizing the rest of subscription orders by the end of tomorrow.

My wallet is not thanking the Impossible Lands this month.... not sure when those minis will hit the table but getting my hands on an official Nethys is top tier wish list :D

Well that's different. My order has a red flag for waiting for back ordered products. Here's hoping that is a misflag for the mini's... which currently still say pre order expected Nov 16th in the pending order.

Should we be concerned that the Battles: Impossible Lands sets are on the pending order with the flag 'waiting for back ordered items' when they are not on the post above as shipping with subs this round?
Raising awareness in case it needs to be looked at.

I hope it starts soon. I still have not received my subs and preorders from October! I got an email Thursday that they rolled all of those items into my November subs now. This is going to be my most expensive Paizo order ever and I am already a month behind. I really hope I am not last again this month. I would hope to be near the front of this months queue since I already missed the sub orders for last month.

The CS team has given the green light to the warehouse team to commence Sub shipping for November! For those who are waiting on Battles: Impossible Lands sets I can confirm they are in the warehouse so those pending order item notifications should be updated to the proper status soon.
