I sent emails last week on this but haven't heard back.

On Order 3665566 my back account was charged every though I had the credit in my paizo account to pay for it, and the credit was deducted from my paizo account before my account was charged.
I would like the money to not be taken from my bank account, and only my credit to be used.

On order 36663298 i purchased the latest bounty but the order still shows pending and hasnt been released to my account.

So this order is for 74 and some change. You took 71 dollars in credit and then took two paymenrs from my bank account. 4 and some change for the taxes and then 70 dollars. Which means you charged me over 140 dollars for two products. Can i get this fixed asap please?

I checked my order that is planning to be shipped in March and it shows that it is scheduled to ship in two packages with a total shipping charge of 46 dollars. Is that correct? I would think all those items would fit in one box, as I have had that many items arrive in one package before.

My order shows the Otari adventures shipping separately from the rest of my order. Is there a reason for that? Can it be combined so that I'm not paying shipping twice?

Hi, My current card expires in October, and I just got my new card. I had added it as a payment method, but it won't let me delete the expiring one. Can this be updated so Octobers order will process, please.

This order is supposed to have used my credit for the entire order, but on the authorization is holding the entire amount from my bank account. This is after 181.96 credit amount was already removed from my paizo account when the order when pending. Can this please be fixed asap. This is a big order and I didt expect 190 something dollars to suddenly disappear from my bank account.

when The Slithering was added i didnt get the normal subscriber discount and the shipping should be UPS ground, not Standard postal.

This order is missing the Slithering, can that please be added to this order before it ships?

I checked my upcoming sub orders and The Slithering isn't listed there or in my sidecart for July next month. Not sure if this is an issue or it won't populate till next month.

I've been subscribed to the Pathfinder Accessories since the chase cards. I preordered the spell cards a while ago. My order shipped today but the digital copies are not in my downloads. Can some one please get this fixed? Thanks.

With the shipment of the Gamemastery guide, should my PFS subscription from having 5 subs have kicked in, or does it not start till next month's releases? Just, need to know if I need to buy them or not.

I noticed a change in shipping for my orders going forward. I used to use UPS ground shipping but now my orders show USPS standard shipping for March and April orders. February order shows it will ship in teo packages one standard delivery and one Purority USPS. I did update my shipping to use Priority this weekend though. Just wondering why the change that isnt the iption i selected.

So for Pathfinder Friday it says Demigods and has the date as Jan 24th, which was last week. Is this week a repeat or was there just an error in the post?

Hi, this order shipped on the 25th, and reached my city on 12/2 and was scanned with an original delivery date of 12/3. I never received it and since then the delivery date has been to just In Transit. How long should I wait before I consider the order lost?
