Belyu smiles and steps out of the ring as a dwarf with a surprising knack for daggers beats her in a standard duel. She sets her sword aside and takes a break by leaning on a wall.
Belyu watched the fight carefully, noting attack patterns and combat styles.. The amalgam and the shapeshifter would be ones to watch out for if she took newbies into the next Hunt.
"Hunh. Might try that myself. I've got to say, I'm looking forward to being able to sleep tonight without starving." "That's always a good thing. Stick around and I can show you all kinds of tasty food combinations."
Belyu joins in and starts eating, clearly enjoying the food. "Might try this with that spicy mango sauce next time."
" then I'll be back." Belyu says, getting up and leaving. She returns with two platters of the food, and puts one in front of Adon. "let's hope it's tasty."

Fortunately, since the last incident, I've stabilized somewhat, and can go reasonable amounts of time without eating." "Sounds like a smart back up plan, if you ask me. You'll either die because healing magic is useless or you starve to death before you can ingest enough to counter the effects in more extremem cases."

"And it works on all magic? I guess that can be pretty useful, sometime. Sounds like a pretty big pain in the butt the rest though. Do you ever think it's a curse put on you? I mean, come on, a kid that can cast spells at the age of four is a future rival few could match."
adon nods to vai as she leaves, and then heads straight to the lunchroom. When he arrives, he eats a ton of food, as usual. "So," Belyu says as she follows, "how long you been doing the the whole antimagic thing? Thanks for getting rid of the curse by the way."
"We met him in the tunnels after we chased down a Quasit that was talking about how it's master was worse then anything that we could do to it. That it's master would kill us."
"Vai, I could look around the cave in case there's anymore of those things, just in case." Belyu suddenly pipes up, having been quiet for a while and kind of fading into the background. "I won't even fight any alone."
"We all have problems. Hers are is just a bit more prominent right now."
"Don't feel too bad, Adon, I didn't do much here either." Belyu says, stopping just short of patting him on the shoulder. Touching him wasn't a fun experience.
"Well aren't you just a ray of sunshine and butterflies?" He says with a chuckle. "You have no idea. Are you going to let us go by? We kinda have friends in a fight we'd like to help."
"Well, this isn't creepy or suspicion at all."
"Follow me." Belyu turns back the way they came and starts running.
"A job well done, Adon, but we should probably catch up with the others."
"If you'd like to get it a try, go ahead."
Belyu just laughs, a soft, clear sound. "Is that so? Well, when we send you back to your fiendish home plane, I'm sure you can tell your master all about me. Do you want to do it, Adon, or should I?"
"You know what I like about qausits? They're basically like the flues of the fiendish realm. You can try to turn me inside out, but that's not something even a pit fiend or Blair could do, so...." She shrugs, smiling, and as far as Adon or the Quasit can tell, she's telling the truth...

"Might want to start talking, beastie. You've done gone and made my null-magic buddy a bit touchy." She adjusts her grip on her shortswords, ready to move.
"Well, what do we do then, bylu? The group has left us." "Follow that thing, it might lead to other prisoners!" She said, quickly following it. If the others needed their help, she'd know.
"Maybe because you let stuff know you're coming?!"
"You guys go ahead, I'll make sure nothing comes up on us from behind with Adon's help!" Since the others were magically quickened, she'd stay behind with him. No need for anyone to get ganged up on by being alone.
"The pained spirits of those who died are attempting to make the living feel their pain..." Yrrin responds calmly, taking point, and moving into the cave"But... this isn't anywhere near to His liar. I..." Vai argues for a moment before stopping and shakes her head, blonde curls shimmering in the Light. "Nevermind. It's not important right now. We should move on quickly, shouldn't we?" "Yeah, we do. Trust me, I'm fine." She says with a smile. Rubbing her arms to warm them. It wasn't as chilly in here as she thought it would be. That was good...
" I saw what that blue did to them, Vai. I'm now very firmly against the Empire. I'll help however I can."Vai does seem to tense a little at the mention of her former captor, but her look softens. She looks Belyu in the eye, placing a gentle hand on her shoulder. "Are you alright?" She smiles weakly, nodding. "I'm fine, honest. Just wasn't expecting that is all."

"What Yrrin's burning? I don't know, but it made me see things... All those poor girls..."
Belyu twitches, then falls to her knees and curls up, shaking. A few seconds pass before she remembers to breath, gasping as she stands back up. "Vai.. You're a very strong girl.." She says quietly, looking at her. "Lets go save your family." DC 38 Perception: Belyu wasn't shaking like another person might. It was like her skin was writing before she got things under control.
Just to be clear, Belyu is stepping into the cave in the same round as Vickory? Sure, why not?
Belyu steps inside carefully, swords at the ready as she looks around.
Belyu stays by Yrrin, swords in hand and ready to use them at a moments notice if needed. Something causes her to shiver for just a moment, but she shakes it off and keeps walking..
