@GM: They normally don't but these celestial eagles used smite evil so they should bypass any DR as long as the target is evil. Smite evil is smite evil I believe

Ashara steps sideways and points her finger at the reptilian creature and sends a wave of paralyzing energy at it...

@GM: Correct, the spell is completed and so the monsters appear just before the caster's next turn. They act immediately then you can act

Ashara starts an enchantment trying to summon supernatural aid...

Summon Monster II to summon 1d3 ⇒ 3 celestial eagles, they are augmented and immediately use a swift action to smite evil on the guy with the laser pistol. Summoning them takes up the whole round for Ashara

Move and then standard action to activate the bless equipment feat, Roldala's weapon will now add the Bane (cosntruct) property for 3 rounds, costs 2 uses of channel energy

"I don't like to do this but a conjured creature is just a simulacrum of the actual being, therefore it won't really get hurt by whatever stepping on the trap will do..." says Ashara before summoning a celestial pony right on the trapped room without entering it herself...

"And would you be amenable to give us a little help in "Taking out" this Jethzerai? That would go a long way for us to forgive the bad manners you showed us just a few minutes ago..."

"I don't know if we can, right now. But I'm sure we can arrange for you to get back to your home plane in the future as long as you prove trustworthy" Ashara comments before channelling energy to heal her wounded friends.

"I see... another rude fellow in need of a lesson then!" Ashara comments and then points her finger at the Azer attackin Fingalad...

Casting Hold Person, this time vs Red, DC is 17

"... that was rude. Really RUDE! I'm afraid we'll be forced to teach you some manners, then!" Ashara says as she backs away from the Azers and casts a spell on the greenish one...

Cause Fear on Green, DC16 will save or suffer the spell's effects

"Me?" Ashara says then she nods:"Of course... but I must warn you I don't speak their language. Is there someone who could help translate my words?"

That said, Ashara casts a spell on herself Enhanced Diplomacy and approaches the azers her hands extended before her, attempting to look non threatening:"Well met, my name is Ashara and I'm here with my companions. We are researchers and seekers of knowledge. We mean you no harm!"

Ashara smiles at Imperia's request:"What is that you'd like to know exactly? The name of the venture captain who asked me to join you? Or the number of misisons I accomplished for the Society? Or perhaps you'd like to quote a few passages from The Pathfinder's Chronicles? Personally I'm fond of volume 4. And I'd love to get a chance to get a good look at volume 5. Durvin Gest was an inspiration for us all. A shame we are not told how he disappeared" she says, smiling.

"Seems like someone... or something passed through here. I suggest we follow as stealthly as possible . We don't want to alert him/her/it/them or whatever else cut that hole about orselves until we are ready" Ashara considers after examining the hole cut through the walls.

After the party reaches the sealed door she studies the technological device:"So... anyone has any idea about what this thing may be?"

Heads up: starting tomorrow and to the 21th (or possibly the 22th) of september I'll be travelling for a short vacation. It's unlikely I'll be able to post, so please bot me as needed

Suddenly a beautiful dark aired woman appears behind the rest of the pathfinders bypassing the robots and automatons and joining them. Seems like she's been running to get to the rest of her colleagues and is huffing and puffing as a result of the effort:"Hello - pfff - hello, I'm Ashara I was sent here to join you by the Venture Captain. I was a bit late... sorry for that!"

I could join with Ashara (lvl 5 Oracle of Life specialized in healing and summoning) but in nightdeath wants the spot I'd be glad to step aside.

"In cases like these "Bureaucracy" is just a scapegoat, I'm afraid. It's pretty clear the mayor does not want to get on the Consortium's bad side. I wonder why..."

Thanks to DM Ladile, you were great as usual. And don't worry about that last battle, sometimes the way scenarios are written and dice rolls can generate undwerwhelming action for a few players but that's how the game is, so there's really nothing to blame here!

Double move, back then moving forward while staying close to the wall in order to avoid the tentacles' reach (as their Area of Effect is considered difficult terrain iirc).

@DM: Did you roll anything less than max damage against Ashara in this fight? XD

Ashara uses yet another channel in order to stay alive a bit longer...

"This is not going well..." Ashara muses while the tentacles keep constricting her...

Apparently unable to free herself Ashara resigns to summon more healing energy...

"Oh... for the love of Iomedaeeeeeeee" shouts Ashara as she's flipped around by the black tentacles that sprang out of the floor...

"I'm sure one you our mighty warriors can pry that door open without much effort..."

"Let's hear it" Ashara sighs.

"The madman who made this place is not finished with his insanity yet, after all..."

"Yes. This deranged freak show has gone too far already. Let's bring it to a well deserved conclusion" Ashara nods at Enora and motions for tyhe others to make way.

Ashara takes a shot at the advancing construct with her crossbow...

Ashara mumbles a short invocation, making her friends more accurate and likely to resist magical fear.
