The appetizing scents of fresh tofu, candies and beer permeate this room. Silvertree Tofu is a clean shop filled with comfortable—if well-used—furniture, some worn throw rugs, and a counter filled with freshly stocked tofu and other treats. Wooden placards on the wall list a variety of local dishes, along with tea and local beer and sake. Despite being locked, this shop looks like it is ready for business.
There is a door on the back wall obviously leading to the kitchen. There is also another closed door on the back wall.
Map is linked at the top of the page. Please determine who's in front. I'm assuming that if you come to a door, the lead person will pull the door open unless you specify otherwise.

"If there's one thing I know my way around, it's a sake bar!" Glim enthuses. He circles the bar to look for a few cups and discovers a secret door as he's sniffing various sake bottles. "Ah, I bet this is where they keep the good stuff!"

I'm going to assume you're all following Old Glim here...
Old Glim finds a flight of steps going down. Behind another door, you find a room full of marble columns.
Heavily scuffed marble that’s seen better days covers the floor of what was clearly once some sort of ceremonial hall. There are lamps in the alcoves and their light reveals bits of uneven raised floor where statues once stood. Crude graffiti bearing names and rude pictures cover every pillar, but underneath the dirt and graffiti are pictographs and the carved faces of hobgoblins.
You realize that this room used to be a community hall for a short-lived Rahk Lo hobgoblin trading post that was once here. This was supposed to be a community room used to impress guests.
If you can read Goblin:
Apart from the stairs leading back up to the main floor, there appears to be a door on the western wall.

Hold on -- Hadrimos, are you referring to the western door on the main floor? Old Glim found a secret door leading to the columned area which is where everyone is congregating. That columned room also has a door on the western wall... (Just making sure we're talking about the same door!) :)
GM Tiger
|
Hadrimos opens the door and finds a flight of steps down. Taking the flight of steps, he reaches another door and opens it. Save for sliding door cupboards along the walls, this room appears completely empty.
From your vantage point, you see a long hallway leading to the other end of the floor. Looking right, there's a door. You can also see a door down the corridor.
If you like, you can indicate how you'd like to explore. Also please indicate exploration activities if they're going to be different from your statblocks.

BK always scouts. He is far to curious to play it safe and tends to wander off if he sees something interesting. That is also why he tends to be towards the back of the party, constantly pausing to investigate some new distraction.

"Do you remember the name of the group. I think it was something Rank Flow."
"Rhak Lo, I believe it was," Rethersfell replies as he looks around. "Can't say I know much else about them."
He is poor at it, but as others are detecting magic and scouting, Rethersfell will Seek/Search.

In that case he checks out the door, pillars, odd looking scratch marks that look like a gnoll might have made it, strange stains on the floor. Whatever captures his attention and might (but probably are not) magical.

Old Glim and Hadrimos manage to force the trap door open. You see a pit that's about 30 feet deep with some water at the bottom. As the door opens, spouts emerge from the sides of the pit and begin pumping water into the pit...
As you stare at such a diabolical trap, you hear footsteps. A pair of halflings and a tengu come around the corner. They have drawn weapons and sinister grins on their faces. "Looks like we've got some playmates. Oh look, they look fascinated by our little pool. Maybe they would like to swim in it?"

Kimmo has the Quick Jump skill feat and his speed is 30', so I think he can get across the pit with an action left to Strike blue or yellow (free action to rage, one action to Stride, one action to Leap).
With a shout that echoes through the room, Kimmo leaps across the pit and lands next to the remaining halfling and the tengu.

He doesn't quite stick the landing, though, and his strike doesn't come near the halfling.

Hadrimos easily jumps the pit. However, he is unsuccessful in hitting the remaining bandit, though he manages to tumble through the birdman's space. Kimmo joins the fray and succeeds only in generating wind with his sword, something the tengu found refreshing.
Old Glim thinks for a bit, trying to discover if the tengu has a weak spot somehow.
Striking with his starknife, Old Glim also fans the bird.
BK continues to inspire his companions while Jortix rushes to the front lines. She casts a healing spell on Hadrimos to prop him up during combat.
Rethersfell's broom joins the fray but also fails to connect.
