Gil-Oloth notice the person rags are what is holding them into their human shape, and if not for it the persons limbs and skin would just slush away, having liquified into some sloughed soup.
This looks to be an Aucturn variant of slimy doom; touching them or any of their possessions without proper protocol risks contracting the disease, which spreads through contact.
Proper protocol is succeeding at a tough Medicine check
“The colors. A rain of colors against the smog, then mixed with night beyond our poisoned clouds. I’m blessed to have seen it above the Toothy Menhirs. Let me pass along my blessing to you.” He holds up a ring with a decoration resembling an opal skull intertwined with an onyx feather.

"Do not get any closer to that thing. By no means should any of us touch this creature or any of its possessions. That is unless you want to contract a disease that first causes a slight fever and dryness of the throat. Then the disease penetrates the red blood cells, the victim becomes dizzy and begins to experience an itchy rash, it then goes to work on the central nervous system, severe muscle spasms occur followed by the inevitable drooling. At this point, the entire digestive system collapses accompanied by uncontrollable flatulence. Until finally, the poor bastard is reduced to a quivering wasted piece of jelly."

Cavaler correctly identifies the ring as contaminated, and both Gil-Oloth and DocMedevac know the right way to decontaminate it is with a little bit of bleach. What remain is a perfectly harmless mk 3 ring of resistance, with a symbol that is hard to decipher.
Out on the Canker Slopes, the bizarre flora seems more purposefully groomed than elsewhere around the city, with a visible partition between the park’s border and the chalky soil of the surrounding wilderness.
At the base of the mesa, an unusually spindly dwarf stands knee-deep in the green creek tending to the plants with a scalpel and a rubber brush. His beard, which eerily resembles a dense thicket of fingers, conceals a name branded with acid across his vest: Uhlsemet. He makes a curt hand gesture at the group, without speaking a word.

The dwarf makes a pulsing gesture towards the sky, which seems to signify he has seen the bright lights that Ixthia spoke off. He pulls from his pocket a plant totally unlike the rest of Aucturn’s cancerous landscape: a flower resembling an opalescent stalk of heather, and then uses the crook of his elbow to signal that whatever happened occurred at the bend of the coastline between Grindhold and the Toothy Menhirs due northeast, which is where he found the plant.
The ground vibrates briefly as if the planet itself were stifling a belch. A second later, the soil at the base of Canker Slopes splits with a wet ripping sound. Liquid in the green streams mixes with magma-like ichor, reacting to create plumes of putrid smoke that force the air to rush against the cliffside. Trees topple around and into the widening chasm as the juices congeal into a patchwork of scab-like crust over the hillside’s turbulent underlayer.

IT'S STARTED! Yarameh presses some kind of button on her spacesuit and a rotating disk covered with abyssal runes separates from it and soars skyward. The disc turns out to be a musical drone, and heavy metal begins to roar from the sky. The half-drow's eyes sparkle with joy, excitement and fear at the same time. She smiles and nervously licks her lips, looking around.

Yarameh takes to the sky as most of the rest of the group seems to prefer the ground.
While this happens, Iseph and Cavaler realize that the green and blakc areas are dangerous unstable spots in Aucturns mantle, which are hazardous when stepped on.
Each contiguous green or black area represents one aperture in Aucturn’s crust, which is an environmental hazard. Each are can be disabled like a trap (Life Science, Medicine, Physical Science or Engineering), or the whole of it can be destroyed with sufficient attacks.

Patrick, this is MY music. And all this is just a GREAT concert!
Yarameh raises her hand, clenching it into a fist and emits a growl that fits perfectly into the already roaring metal. It turns out that she has a small microphone fixed in her spacesuit near her chin, and a music speaker in her asymmetrical armor on her right shoulder. Combat music speaker. But if this is not enough to create an atmosphere of rock performance, then in addition her outfit flashes brightly, releasing a stream of bright red, fiery red and dazzling white rays of color!
And all this flow of sound and color falls on the monsters...
Shout Projector + Deadly Aim (VS usual floor AC5): 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (16) + 12 = 282d6 + 11 ⇒ (4, 5) + 11 = 20
(GREEN, BLUE & RED - Reflex DC19 to half damage)
When you hit a creature within 30 feet of you while using a weapon with the bright weapon special property, the radiance partially blinds the target, giving it the dazzled condition for 1 round. If you hit multiple creatures at the same time (such as with an automatic, blast, or explode weapon), only the creature nearest to you or at the center of the explosion (your choice if multiple creatures are equidistant) is affected. // After resolving the attack, as part of the full action you can attempt an Intimidate check to demoralize any one creature within 60 feet of you that the attack hit or damaged. You can spend 1 Resolve Point to instead attempt an Intimidate check to demoralize every creature within 60 feet of you that the attack hit or damaged. // While wearing armor with grim trophies, if you successfully cause a foe to be shaken, the foe applies the –2 penalty from that condition to weapon damage rolls in addition to the other rolls it normally applies to.
PS - Loud and Proud: Any weapon you wield that has the powered weapon special property or that uses ammunition gains the bright weapon special property
In short: GREEN is dazzled for 1 round; I spend 1 RP to demoralize GREEN, BLUE & RED; they have -2 to damage while they are shaken in addition to other penalties.
