A padded chair stands on a low dais at the eastern end of this room. A large emblem made from hammered brass hangs on the wall behind the chair, depicting an automation’s head between interlocking gears. The remaining walls are draped with blue colored tapestries, except in the northeast corner, where a curving wall of green crystal intrudes into the chamber—the Emerald Spire. On the northern wall is a control panel with one black lever. Two doors exit through opposite sides of a small nook to the southeast, and a third is set in the southwest corner.
A pair of seven-foot tall automatons armed with polearms stand guard in the chamber. Eerie green light flickers in the joints of their armor.
One moves towards Knight Thornrose while the other enters the room you were just in and Black Sun is still in.

Suddenly, Garsita notices the entire room - the very air, the very EVERYTHING - seems to be stretching like taffy around her, starting at the southern wall and rolling toward her...and then just to her left...

You notice something a little different about her now - or at least a little more pronounced than it had been before; it's as if she's simultaneously not there at all, and overwhelmingly -there-, moreso than anyone or anything else. Just getting too close to her runs the risk of time appearing to speed up or slow down, or one's smaller possessions either weighing more heavily on oneself than they should, or simply deciding to get up and float about a short distance away.

Red looks like it's being crushed by intense pressure and some of it's plates fall off. It too starts leaking dangerous energy from it's damaged magical battery. But it stands firm in it's position.
Any non-construct creature that ends its turn within 5 feet of a damaged emerald automaton takes 1d10 points of electricity damage (Reflex DC 12 negates. This now applies to Garsita as well as Blackfeather, Thornrose and Alecto. Black Sun is also in range.
