Fluffy stops a bit too abruptly, throwing off Grilgoth's aim. The bomb explodes harmlessly several feet to the right of her target, throwing up shards of stone and leaving yet another sign of damage to an already-crumbling wall.
Eegru emerges from the foliage to hurl a dagger at one of the slow-reacting sentries, wounding the man slightly.
Grilgoth's bomb misses.
Eegru's attack hits.
Zhaxia is up (or I can bot tonight).

Loud shouting in Vudrani crosses the language barrier: intruders! The guards on the roof reach into nearby quivers and scan the area, with one shooting almost straight down at Eegru! Fortunately, the grippli hops to the side just in time!
Blue and Black have readied actions to shoot at a foe that comes within sight.
Green shoots at Eegru. Result: Miss.

Although Arioch slips on some debris, the lone guard on this side of the compound is too busy fighting for his life to notice!
Due to the distance penalty, Green fails to notice Arioch. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good!

Grilgoth pushes Fluffy forward and tosses another bomb at Blue.

Eegru aims too high, lobbing a flask of acid over the sentry's head! Grilgoth's homemade explosive fares a little better, exploding against a crumbling parapet and showering the guard with flame and sharpnel. The explosion causes the guard to instinctively duck, throwing off Tempestas' aim. The guard shouts something in Vudrani--surely an appeal to his fellow guards to abandon their on the other wall and come help him!
Eegru's hurled acid flask misses its target and will land 2 squares (because it's in the second range increment) in a random direction away from the target square. Result: The acid flask lands and breaks harmlessly on the far side of the wall (don't forget to mark it off inventory).
Partial cover is enough to turn Grilgoth's hit into a miss, but splash damage still damages Green for 3 points. (Grilgoth, you said Blue in your post but I think you meant Green).
Tempestas' attack missed.
Darzus and Zhaxia are up.

A sudden onset of psychic stress disrupts the ability of the guard to act! Standing amidst rubble, Darzus and Zhaxia peer through a large hole in the ancient monastery's outer wall to see a walled inner area.
Green fails the Will save and is dazed for 1 round.
Map updated. The rubble in the hole in the wall is difficult terrain.
Darzus can continue his turn and then the guards will go.

One of the guards turns to see Darzus enter the courtyard and lets fly, while his companion on the other side of the wall moves closer to investigate!

@Arioch: Yes, everything from the first contour line and back (representing the hill) is dense foliage (difficult terrain and partial cover). There's a narrow space between that line and the outer wall that is clear.
I wasn't sure if Arioch was in that 'line' that was clear.
With arrows whizzing by, and his last clumsy attempt, Arioch strives to catch up with his fellow Pathfinders.

Grilgoth tosses another bomb at Green. Fluffy just chills out and protects himself from any possible attack.

Figuring that the bomb took out the green bandit, Zhaxia hustles past her korasha kin and tries to turn the black guard's mind inside out.

Another loud explosion rocks the monastery--but this one is a direct hit, sending one of the guards flying!
Tempestas fires at another guard on the wall, but the sun gets in the lashunta's eyes. His kin from another world shares similar poor luck, as the bandit guard's mind is too powerful for Zhaxia's psychic attack!
Meanwhile, Darzus hustles up the ladder.
Grilgoth's bomb takes care of Green.
Redirecting Tempesta's attack to Black, but the attack would miss.
Black gets a natural 20 on the save vs Zhaxia's daze.
Eegru is up.
Black will save vs Daze: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23

"Die, interlopers!" shouts one of the guards in halting Taldane as he looses another arrow in Darzus' direction. From the opposite wall, another guard fires down at Zhaxia!
Blue shoots at Darzus. Result: Hit. Darzus, you take 4 damage.
Black shoots at Zhaxia. Result: Hit. Zhaxia, you take 6 damage.

Darzus hollers in surprise as an arrow catches him while he's trying to survey the inner courtyard. He turns to glare at the archer.
Alas, that one is too far away, so he inches closer to the nearby one on the Southeast corner and simply takes a firm stances as he launches his psyche at him.

Grilgoth draws forth a wand and heals Zhaxia before the woman falls down.

The guards on the walls cry out in pain as Darzus and Zhaxia lash out with psychic attacks! Tempestas sends another arrow wide, but Grilgoth uses a magic wand to help an ally.
Blue failed the Will save vs mind thrust and is badly hurt.
Black made the Will save vs mind thrust.

Reeling from mental agony, the guard nearest to Darzus throws his bow to the side and drops to his knees. He clutches his skull and shouts something in Vudrani followed by Taldane: "Stop! Surrender I am!"
A shouted curse comes from the opposite wall, as the other guard isn't ready to give up the fight! He sprints to the northern section of the wall and fires an arrow at Fluffy!
Blue has surrendered.
Black has Favored Enemy (animals), so Fluffy provokes his ire for some reason! Result: Hit. Fluffy takes 6 damage.

Grilgoth rides Fluffy a bit closer before throwing fiery death in his direction.
