Henri ponders the words of Paravaax and his allies. He is about to take a diplomatic approach to settle a win-win agreement, but the mention of eating the iruxi in exchange for leaving the ruins on his own makes him decide that the enemy is not to be dealt with diplomatically in the first place.
Henri goes into the stair for a better position and magically materializes a ghostly weapon that looks like a scimitar next to Red and slashes it!

The mighty duck gets ready to jump into action as Naz then tears past and tries to spit the flying gargoyle-like a rotisserie chicken - whilst the blow was surely on course, the blade is met with very strong magnetic forces that cause the weapon to move unpredictably.
